This was our 2nd year at this location. It fits our entire group of 17 comfortably and the access to the lake/dock is great. We plan to stay here again next year.

Mom’s 80th Birthday celebration!

Our stay was lovely! The property was clean and well decorated. We enjoyed the Christmas decorations as well. We had everything we needed to enjoy family time and celebrate my Mom’s 80th Birthday together as a group. The pool/ping pong table was a plus!! The house is such close proximity to Silver Dollar City—that was awesome! Highly recommend!

GREAT VACATION SPOT

Great location,

We enjoyed the pools, the dock, and boating in Table Rock Lake. Plenty of very nice sized bedrooms and baths for our group of 17. Really enjoyed it. We used the kitchen anOur only complaint was the stairs were slick going up and down to the two floors. One of our group did fall and had a bad bruise but thankfully no broken bones. We will book again!!

Fantastic home for a large and diverse family gathering!

We had a large family gathering here in August 2023. Our family included people from 1-65+ and this home had something for all of us. The three floors had ample room for us to all stay and the plethora of bathrooms meant we all could shower etc. and not need to wait. With younger kids, we wanted flexibility to boat, swim, and nap. The home is perfectly situated since you can walk to the pool (one is close enough to be within shouting distance for dinnertime), walk down to the dock area to swim, or get to the boat slip. That meant we could have some folks boating, others swimming nearby, others napping, and still more swimming without needing a car! The house is also a 15 min drive from grocery stores, banks, restaurants, etc, so convenient for anything you need to buy. A previous review indicated the lower level refrigerator was warm. We realized that it is hard to close completely, but when closed, it did keep cold. The only drawback is that the lake gets busy!

It wasn't one thing, it was the multitude of little things

Perhaps we are spoiled by our previous stay at another VRBO, but this listing was not on the same level. It was not clean. We felt the need to wear shoes inside because the floors turned the bottom of our white socks dark gray on day 1. Most bathrooms have orange, slimy mold in the showers by the doors ( not seen until you are already stepped inside the shower - so gross). We found dirty socks in some rooms upon our arrival and numerous items under beds (none were ours) - obvious sign they are not sweeping under the beds nor behind the doors. A couch omitted from the pictures is shredded and peeling. Some of the dining chairs were so rickety that we felt they are collapsing beneath us when we sat back (and my daughter only weighs 125 lbs so it was not due to her weight). The listing has 8 bedrooms with one of them having a full-size bed, but I felt this was misleading since the only access to this "bedroom" was through another bedroom. It felt like a large walk-in closet with a full-sized bed placed in it since it could only be accessed through another bedroom. This was not a very usuable set-up as a separate bedroom for any expectation of privacy. We thought we would use the pull-out sofa as a trade-off for the "loss" of the bedroom but could not find sheets for it. This turned out to be a moot point since it was broken anyways. Like the title says, it wasn't one issue, it was a multitude of little things that makes this less than premier

Best place

We really enjoyed ourselves. The house was very clean and big. I went to the pool, it was a nice size pool and was all so clean. Only thing I would say is the downstairs refrigerator had a smell to it but other then that i am tring to book it again.

The space was great. We loved the large tables. There were 7 of us and we could gather at the table to eat, remember good times, and laugh. We are in our 70's and have know each other since grade school so we have many memories. We have an annual trip to this area and would consider staying her again because the location was great.

Wonderful house for the family

We really enjoyed our stay! The house had plenty of room for the 13 of us to spread out and was well equipped. The whole fam loved the pool table converted to ping pong. Fun family competitions! :) The big pool was nice with the zero entry walk in, but we were disappointed that the 2nd pool was not filled/not working as that would have been much closer for us. The location of the house was great for Silver Dollar City and the strip too! Overall, it was a wonderful time with family and we would recommend it!

Nice large house

The house is set up so nice. There were 17 of us and we could all fit in the kitchen to eat, it was open to the family room. Kids had room to play. Bathrooms and rooms were nice. I would go back again in a heart beat. Very pleased with everything about the house!

Indian Point Home

The house was great! All of my wifes family stayed there for Christmas and my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary with all 18 of us. With the bar and two tables there was more than enough room for eating and playing games! There was plenty of beds and bedrooms that allowed for us to put the younger kids to bed in a quite place while everyone else stayed up and hung out. We will try to stay there again if we can find the time to all go back to Branson together.

Clean, comfortable, & perfect for us!

This property was perfect for a multi-family holiday gathering. Everything was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Each family had plenty of room to spread out. The common areas were perfect for watching tv, playing games and cooking together. Location was perfect and allowed easy access to Silver Dollar City and other local attractions.
