Room could use some up dates, tub shower very dated, outlets in bathroom were wore out, My cords would not stay plugged in! Ventilation fan in bathroom was rusted and very dusty! The beds were comfortable and clean, and staff were very nice! Overall good time!

When we got there they checked us in someone check another guest o. Our room and that was some mix up. We had to wait and the lady was at a loss what she was suppose to do. Mix up it was terrible

Michael the front desk was super kind and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and check in was a breeze. No complaints. This is our third time staying here and where we usually stay when we come to Branson. Very affordable and clean.

Liked the room except for the rest room the toilet was very hard to get back up if your tall. I had to help my wife off it and it was very hard for me I used the tub and sink to get up. I'm 73 and my wife is 78 years old.

Overpriced, outdated, and damaged.

The hotel was fine, way over priced and outdated. I know it’s Branson but it was horribly dated. Bathroom was rough, noisy, and had a destroyed door. Stains on walls and drapes. Wouldn’t come back.

For that hotel to be pet friendly it didn't have a adequate place to walk the pets. The drinks are too high. You pay for the room and then the hotel charges 2.50 for bottled water. Not right.

Great little find in Branson

this was a great find it had a fridge and a microwave plus it included breakfast. Gary, the breakfast attendant did a great job and was very attentive.

Dirty and had to change rooms after checking in.

When we first arrived and got our room keys people staying in that room were on there way out for the day. They gave two complete groups the same room keys. So they "upgraded" us from the two queen beds we were suppose to have to a room with a king and bunk beds. The surfaces were dusty, dead nats (i think) all in the window seal, the air conditioner was so noisy and my husband checked the filters and they were caked with brown dusty funk. You could hear traffic ALL night and it kept the kids up. Also the pool deck had green algie on it (inside pool) that made my kids slip and fall while walking carefully. Will not be back. Wish I could of got a refund.

The lobby was inviting, staff members friendly and professional. The continental breakfast was plentiful and fresh, great options. We were happy to see security in the parking lot at night. We stayed 2 nights, slept well.

Got there and the guy at the front desk was very rude. He would not let us stay in the handicap room because my 100% handicap husband had his little 5 pound service dog with him. So therefore we had to take a room that had really high tub in it so My husband couldn't raise his legs high enough to get in the shower to take a shower. The lobby was packed full of people and was been really rude with me in front of all these people. He checked in this other lady that came in after me before he even finished with me he said that he was going to call security on me before I got out of hand I was not beening loud or anything I just told him I needed a handicap room for my husband that we can't be there 4 days without him being able to shower. Then he said he would cancel my room and we could go somewhere else but it would take 7 to 10 days to get my money back. I don't have that kind of money where I can rent another then wait on my other money to come back to me. The lady behind me checked in with a animal that she called service animal and he gave her the room without a problem.
