The beds are comfortable. The staff was nice. But there was delays on some of the other rooms. People was griping. When house keeping came in to change out towels they didnt leave enough or shut the door ,so it disnt lock. Had to go hunt down housekeeping to get more towel and toilet paper. The room in general was clean when we got to our room. Yes, i would stay here again

It was ok. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Breakfast was good The staff at front desk were helpful. To be honest housekeeping left a bit to be desired. One day we did not get any service at all. We did get a note in our door to go to front desk for any supplies we needed .

We stayed at this hotel 2 years ago in 2023 and thought it was worth it to stay again. We like the location because it is quiet and doesn't require much time to reach any of the local attractions. The reason for a low rating on our 2025 trip is the cleaning staff did not clean our room once we arrived for our 3 day stay. No towels or coffee offered and on our last night there, we found a notice on the door stating apologies and we could pick up clean linens at registration. Our room was located on 3rd floor at rear of hotel. My husband uses a wheelchair. The rear entry doors were narrow and hard to navigate with wheelchair. Rear elevator could be compared with a service elevator, bare bones. Vents on the lobby elevator were held in place with masking tape and 2nd elevator was out of order. Light could be seen on 3 sides of room door. The ac worked well and no musty smell was detected. We do not plan to stay here again.

Front desk girls seemed overwhelmed at check in and at check out the girl acted as if I bothered her to check out! Breakfast was good just not a lot of options. The a/c didn’t seem to cool to room off, we had it set for 64 and it was hot in our room still. The hotel overall was nice and clean.
