There was power tools being ran at8:00 in the morning just outside of our unit....we want a washer and dryer in our unit but it didn't have one. There was only one hanger in the closet. No dresser and no chairs or table to eat at. The stove didn't work at all we had to use the managers stove, luckily Hanna was very nice about it. I would not recommend this place until they finish it improving it.
Good place but a few issues. Will start off and say, this is in a great location thatâs walkable to the landing that has plenty of restaurants and stores. There are no hangers which is very odd, I donât really travel with hangers⊠The blinds in the room are very thin and can see people walking by so I assume could see our silhouettes inside. Other than that the room was nice.
On our arrival, the code did not work that was sent to me prior and I called the managing company that the owners work with and had no response from them so I had to find the owners phone number from the original booking to get in, she was very helpful at least but the new managing company seems not ideal.
The location is good, but hard to figure out parking. The A/C worked good, the condo is old with bowing walls and floors (bathroom door wouldnât stay open) The bed and futon were hard.
The property was clean, cute and functional. The little studio was small, but fit our needs perfectly. We we were only in the room to eat, sleep and shower, but I loved that it had a little kitchen to make breakfast in every morning. The room decor was all turquoise with a summer vibe and the bed was super comfy. The AC unit blew nice and cool on the hot summer days we were there.
The location is great because its 2 blocks from the Branson Landing and all of the cute things to do in Downtown Branson. The neighborhood is hard to navigate until you get your bearrings and the parking was difficult to figure out, at first, but we managed.
Overall great place to stay and would do it again.
Go eat at Level 2 Steakhouse located in the Hilton a couple of blocks away.
Our room needed several things, a new bed first. The bed had springs coming through. There is mold in the walls that you can smell it and the walls are warped. The air conditioner also stopped working. We even checked out a day early
We were looking for something with a great location for the right price. This place is nothing fancy...but it is more than adequate and we were happy with our stay. One suggestion would be a better mattress...but again, for the price we were content.
Our room was just what we needed. It has easy access to the Landing and other activities. Maybe only thing is have a list of restaurants that are close by with hiurs of service
The parking system is beyond difficult. If you cannot park in one of 2 spots next to C Section, you must climb a steep hill to unload your vehicle. Our room upon arrival was blowing AC when the temperature outside was 33 degrees F. I DID appreciate that Mary the host helped me on the phone to reset the heater. Bed extremely hard. Would not stay again for the price I paid.
If you want to not have to deal with finding parking downtown to go to stores, eateries, or to the river walk, this place is it. We reserved one of the yet to be remodeled units. I hope to return to see the metamorphosis. If you just want a motel sized room with the capacity to make your own food (nothing baked) you will enjoy the unit we reserved. If you want more of a vacation in your unit for lounging, instead of just a homebase as we wanted, consider a larger unit.
We needed to have a place to sleep for one night. It was furnished cheaply, mattress in plastic. We got what we paid for.
The term LOCATION, it WAS close to The Landing but the place was under construction and had appeared to have a bandaid on a bad bad wound.
Owner was nice, along with a local who lived there. These are apartments. We did feel safe.
We chose this rental due to the location and proximity to the Branson Landing. We walked to breakfast and dinner. Curretnly, the buildings are undergoing a littel renovation, so parking areas had construction debris that took up a bit of spaces. I'm sure that will be taken care of in the future. Our cabin was clean and cozy. The A/C was perfect on the hot July days. Kitchen had pretty much everything you'd need if cooking. We didn't use it much. The C cabin is behind the A & B cabin which I think helped soften the road traffic. Albiet, that wasn't bad anyway. Thank you for a great stay. We will be back.
