The buss boy called a police on my 80 years old father accusing him of grabbing his butt and when asked, he told that my father stick his finger on his ass. Ridiculous! My father was proven innocent. Police apologized on us. It’s a false accusation against us just because he is so lazy to give us a blanket that we requested.

Everything was good but the window in our room was kind of broken and therefore we were able to hear the wind from the inside. Also we went to have dinner and took forever before they set us. It seems that they need more staff because the same person that was siiting people was also being the cashier at the cafe shop. Overall a great experience

Disappointing get away

Ok clean but a little over priced 210 a night for a basic king room. For an average hotel asked for a lake view received a roof view. Not at all what we were expecting disappointing to say the least. Staff at check in was friendly on a good note. Probably would not stay again just expected more.

Loved the view of the lake and pool area from our King suite. Arrived too late to enjoy the balcony. Maybe next time. The carpeting is in need of replacement. We stepped on the tacks in the tack strips due to thinning carpet along the edges that separated the tile flooring in the wet bar area from the living room area. Bathroom accessories are very dated and dusty ( trash can and Kleenex box). Tiles in shower are in need of new grout. Beds were comfortable but pillows were tiny. Not king size to fit the bed size. One was very hard like a Little Rock and the other was extremely soft and squishy. No extra blankets in the room! Only 1 person on duty at the front desk. He was doing check-ins, room deliveries and valet service. Didn’t have time to answer the phone before we arrived, we called three different times. He was simply over stretched. Very bad customer service!! Hire some help so customers don’t wait 10-15 minutes to get checked in. He said the hotel wasn’t busy enough this time of year to warrant more employees being on staff. Bad management choices. Won’t be in a hurry to stay here again until they remodel and hire some help. Nice location but poor management. Not worth the prices you charge at all.

Wonderful spa experience!

Stayed for a quick weekend getaway, and everything was perfect! Rooms were spacious and clean, the lobby area was beautiful. Bar was great, pool was clean and nice. The Spa though... oh my goodness. What a gorgeous, tranquil and relaxing place! The steam room was my favorite. Definitely cannot wait to come again!
