This house was perfect for our Branson trip. It was clean (my number 1 priority), spacious, and comfortable. The location is ideal if you want to walk to the downtown shops or Branson Landing. However, it was easily accessible to drive to any location in Branson. Don't hesitate to book this VRBO if you visit Branson.

Great stay!

This house had four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and enough beds to sleep up to 12 people without anyone having to sleep on a sofa bed! It was very clean and modern with plenty of TV’s and couches to accommodate everyone. The hottub was clean and new. The location was great for us as it was extremely close to downtown and the main strip. Rent Branson was easy to work with. We would stay here again! Just a note: the parking is on a very steep slope.

This house made my trip amazing!!!!

Plenty of space to hangout inside, back porch was amazing!!! My only complaint was that every door in the house squeaked, LOL!! Couldn't be quiet at night due to the squeaking doors, lol. Amazing location close to town but couldn't tell it by the neighborhood!! would definitely stay here again!!!!

Plenty of room for our family of 12. Very close to White Water and Silver Dollar City. Two to three minutes from the river and all the shopping and attractions at the Landing. How the house is set up: when you walk in the front door there is a living room with a full/full bunk bed. Then two bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom- no bathtub- shower only. One is a king size and the other is a full/full bunk bed. Upstairs is another living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry room. One king size bedroom with en-suite bathroom- no tub- shower only. One queen size bedroom- no bathroom in the room but there is a bathroom with a bathtub/shower right outside in the hall. Outside the back door is a lovely patio with seating for 6 including a table. That is also where the grill and hot tub are. Our only issue was getting the heavy cooler up the stairs. We had youngsters with us but if not we would have had to unload and carry things up and down the stairs. The host checked in a couple of times to make sure all was well. Very clean and the beds weee really comfortable.

Great Location

Property was in great location but there weren't any hangers in the two closets. Would be nice to have luggage holders for one of the upstairs bedrooms. Property management was on point. Neighbors on one side of property made some in our group uncomfortable. While the WIFI was included, it was very weak. TVs are streaming and it felt like the WIFI couldn’t keep up.

Good but wouldn’t stay here again

We have four young children which makes travel a little extra crazy so there are several pros and cons about this property. The location is good in relation to the landing and walked back and forth which was great. The neighborhood itself is not the greatest. But it was fairly quiet and no noisy neighbors. I was extremely frustrated at check-in when we had a long and exhausting travel day, the kids were tired and cranky. Yet the code they emailed me did not work. So I called and texted and waited for a call back when they told me “yeah, the keypad hadn’t been working and would have to send maintenance over”. I was confused why they’d give me instructions knowing it would not work! Thankfully we were able to get in the back door. The layout of the house was odd and not convenient for a big family. The kitchen and living area was upstairs so hauling our cooler and all the food up was not fun. It was a small area for our family plus grandparents who were staying with us. I was constantly in fear about the steep stairs and the baby. Then the bunk beds in the main living area downstairs were also a problem. Our young kids go to bed early so if grandparents wanted to leave/come back they’d have to leave through the back door so It didn’t wake the kids. And the living room is very bright so it made it hard for them to fall asleep. So, anyways, the house was fine but lots of small inconveniences w/ little kids and wouldn’t stay here again.

Nice Accomodation

The property was nice from the outside and when we walked in we were very pleased. There were plenty of beds for everyone to sleep in and the bathroom accommodations were fantastic. The property was within walking distance of the downtown area and the State Archery Competition.

We first arrived at our rental and immediately the neighbor started blasting vulgar music. We called the management number and reported this. We went through every step required by the manager including a police report. They then sent us to a different house on the lake. It was amazing. Great customer service!!!!
