When we booked are room we did, we did not het what we paid for. Room was hot and ac hardly worked. The floor had a wet spot. We asked to be in a different room. They put us in another building down the hill. I think it’s the nasty part of the hotel. Breakfast was not good and food was all over the counters. I was disappointed in the stay we had. Our room and hotel looked different from the pictures.

Quick check in even though there were several bus tours checking in. Quiet location. Easy to walk to McDonald's next door (didn't have to drive our car). Pool looked lovely even though we did not use. Friendly staff. Hot breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Room was clean and sizable with good air-conditioning. Decor was fine. Interior was dated. Huge jacuzzi is all King bedrooms that took up a lot of space - could be a draw for some but probably not most. Breakfast room and lobby were clean but dated. Breakfast included a hot breakfast and was well stocked and tables remained cleaned. Staff was all friendly. This was a better than average hotel - 3.5 stars is probably about right.

They did not get soap on delivery truck so they did not have any in rooms. Rooms were clean but bathroom small. Breakfast was good but we did have to ask for someone to refill dishes and coffee.Would stay again though for the price.

Friendly, welcoming staff, clean facilities, clean comfortable rooms, beds were comfy, nice pool, close to shopping, activities, & restaurants. Would've liked a variety for breakfast. I look forward to oatmeal made in the big pot & we don't see that much anymore. Same menu every day - scrambled eggs, sausage patties, waffles, etc. Would stay here again! Our room was so clean! We have stayed there one time before when we were in Branson. We were so happy that it wasn’t just a fluke that everything was so positive at that time. It was just as good this time. The staff is very nice And friendly and so eager to help.

We had to switch rooms, but the room in the main building was excellent. Staff was accommodating and the coffee was great in the dining area. If you're looking for something that is not too expensive, it's worth the stay and the value of the price.
