The staff were pleasant but the hotel itself was in need of updating. (Tired)from reviews on hotel.com (excellent) I was willing to go a little higher for an excellent experience but it was only ok. Second time this has happened on this site so I’m not using it anymore

Comfortable beds, spacious, clean, hot running water. Breakfast was decent. Staff nice. Peaceful and quiet. Enjoyed my stay, the only thing wrong was for the two days we were there they didn’t clean the room. Not sure if you have to ask or if they clean every two days because as I was leaving the room for checkout, they were cleaning the rooms.

We stayed during a busy time so there were teenagers running up and down the hallways all night. They were out of apple juice during our entire stay. The room was great and very clean. The staff was very friendly upon arrival and departure.

This was our first time staying at Grand Oaks and we had no issues aside from it taking a minute to get checked in with only one desk clerk. Nice, clean and very convenient to the strip.

The only problem about this hotel is I have a 2 year old grandson son who was able to open the door there was no way we could lock the door from the inside so we had to block the door from the inside so he couldn’t get out with our suitcases

Hotel is conveniently located off the main strip. Staff were very friendly. We were placed in the second building which has its own breakfast area but could use a second waffle maker. One downside of the second building is the indoor pool is in the main building.

We stayed her for 3 nights w our kids. They did such a wonderful job. Our room was beautiful and spotless. The breakfast was decent with a good variety. The pool and hot tub were also clean and well taken care of. All in all this place is affordable, comfortable, clean and staff was friendly. We will stay here again

I enjoyed the visit. It was easy access in and out the hotel during late hours. The rooms were very comfortable. I was not able to turn the volume up on the TV. The volume was turn up, still you could barely hear it. the people you could barely them talking. Overall I enjoyed it very nice place to stay.

Indoor pool room needs to be kept warmer. Also; property should mention on their site that there are two separate bldgs, and to use the indoor pool, you have to drive to the main bldg. We would have stayed elsewhere, had we known. It was cold in the evenings, and having to transport wet kids was inconvenient. Other than that, stay was reasonably comfortable for this level motel.

Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable..very nice breakfast area with lots of tables and a tv, it stayed open after breakfast ended at 930 and could be used by guests until 11pm.We ordered pizza one night and ate down there then played card games....Didnt like that a few times when entering the doors to our building it smelled like Marijuana.
