We enjoyed our stay. It was nice having the indoor and outdoor pool. The dining area for the breakfast is a nice size. Our room was clean and very comfortable.

Right in the middle of everything in Branson. It was a very busy holiday weekend but they always had breakfast food coming out as they ran out

First night there I slept in one of the 2 beds and I woke up with bed bug bites under armpits and on my leg. I reported it to the desk and the best they could do was give me a roll of quarters for the laundry room and to transfer me. The new room had stains in the chair and the tv volume barely worked. ID NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I’d give them negative stars if I could.

This was our first time to stay at Grand Oaks. Very impressed! Everyone is so nice. The room was perfect… clean, inviting, the bed was so so comfortable!! Best nights sleep at a hotel in years. We will be back.

It was very comfortable, relaxing. Breakfast was very good. Only thing is that you could not take the pool towel to the room so you will be cold leaving the pool to get back to the room but everything else was good
