Lots of problems

So many disappointments. We stayed here before and had no problems, but this room was different. First of all the bathroom. It was just under 5'X5', so you had to inch by the toilet to even shut the door, which was only 2' wide. I am a math teacher so I measured everything. The shower was for midgets with the water coming out at just under 5'. I am 6'2".. It also ran cold when I showered after my wife. Let's talk balcony. It was beyond tiny with 2 wire chairs, but leg room for only one. Next, furniture...There was too much, leaving little walking room or convenience for sitting in the chairs. One chair was trapped between the HVAC and a table, impossible to use. the nice chair was so close to the bed I barely had room to put my shoes on while in it. Beds. Both were crowned so that if you neared the edge it felt like you were going to fall out, so you had to try and stay in the middle. Parking is not fun for older folks like us because most spots are up a steep hill. The breakfast was actually very good and well stocked.

Good value for the money.

Nice hotel and pool/hot tub. Friendly front desk staff. Breakfast buffet looked good. The only thing I didn’t like was that you have to ask for housekeeping. They leave a door hanger on which you put if you want new sheets/towels/coffee etc. We didn’t see it and housekeeping didn’t even come in. And you have to put your trash in the hall.

Amazing accommodation for our pets- they even had little a goodie bag for them:). Nice breakfast included, but a microwave in the area would be helpful. Also, they serve tea and cookies every afternoon from 2 to 4. Super clean and nice pool and Jacuzzi. One night someone was sleeping on the back parking lot ground but this was quickly resolved by the local law-enforcement. Would highly recommend! Great time!

Property has a nice breakfast area with lots of options and free cookies in the afternoon. That's where it ends. The room we stayed in for three nights (#320) smelled awful, like dirty feet! It was overpowering and came from the A/C unit. The hallway in the morning on the 3rd floor smelled like poop. Like everyone's morning dump was coming out from under the ill fitting doors. The towel rack came off the wall and bashed me in the foot (I fixed it myself with an eyeglasses tool I travel with), the balcony was full of spiders, the room had spiders, the mattress on one of the 2 queen beds was sunken in and uncomfortable. The pinball machine in the Arcade had a broken flipper & that was disappointing as well. We didnt use the pool. I have never stayed anywhere so smelly before. We didn't complain because I hate moving rooms & the frint desk staff was hit or miss fir friendlyness.

The hotel was okay. It was not what I expected. My balcony faced the top of the maintenance building abd Dennys. The bathroom was quite small. It needed more lights in the room. Breakfast was okay, just need more space. Other than that, the young man at the front desk had very good customer service.. He made my family and I feel quite comfortable. And the hotel was clean.
