I have used vrbo/b&b before. It would have been nice to have an owner expectation of preferences with cleaning during vacating. I always leave the place clean but I was worried that I was going to miss something. Other than that, nice little place to stay.
Pictures do not dictate the the property.. the beds are nothing more than than a wooden platform with a mattress this place sucks. It's a run down dump with no amenities
The original price of the unit was $67 per night. By the end of attempting to book the price had risen to nearly $200 per night.
Thatâs bait and switch no matter how you slice it.
Disinclined to use VRBO ever again.
Ok place for the price. Tight quarters for 2 adults and 3 kids. Beds are hard but not unbearable. Furniture not comfortable and chairs are falling apart. Did not utilize pullout couch so no opinion on that. Not a lot of amenities in the house kitchen-wise so bring your own paper plates, paper towels, zip lock bags, etc. Floors were very dirty upon arrival, reported the issue, someone supposedly came to clean the floors the next day but could not tell a difference. Did appreciate a 50% refund of cleaning fee. It was nice to have 3 TVs but be warned that the upstairs is an open loft and anyone sitting in the living room can hear the upstairs TV very loudly. The deck and Blackstone were great and the location was very quiet and quaint.
Area was beautiful. Condo was ok for the most part, however, the back sliding door didn't have a latch or lock. The outdoor grill was covered in grease inside and out. We had to clean it as soon as we got there.
This condo was the perfect place for our stay in Branson! It is decorated so bright and fun! We had such a wonderful spring break here! My son said he wants to come back very soon!
Place was relatively clean, and well decorated with a retro theme. Down size was that the front door blinder was missing so we were exposed, as anyone that passes by was able to to look into the apartment. The surrounding area was not the best with a RV parking to go through to reach the apartments and very dark at night. Overall the place needs an upgrade. The kitchen area was missing many essentials. One of the rooms had a broken blinder as well. And two of the living room recliners are worn-out.
My only real complaint is the fact that bedroom 2 is not a room, but a loft. It's open at the top of the stairs and overlooks the living area. So the couple sleeping upstairs has to keep the same schedule as the people downstairs. Lights, am coffee, or TV keeps everyone up. And the mattresses are terribly hard and uncomfortable. Just a piece of foam on a piece of plywood.
Was thinking it was actually going to be on the lake because of the photos but couldnât find that area. Also pool wasnât open yet.
The upstairs bed was broken and very uncomfortable, otherwise the place was nice and liked the on site laundry and 80s decor was the best part
Door keypad didnât work half the time. Beds where hard and the back door was broke to the balcony. The door hadnât been used in a while because it was dirty. Definitely not what it said it was.
