This place is really a motel with a scattered, dark parking lot. They post pictures of the rooms inside the one building, but most rooms are old motel rooms with the room door going straight outside. Its false advertising. Had i known, I wouldn't have stayed there

The lady in the breakfast area made us feel welcomed and appreciated. The bed was comfortable and having a small refrigerator was great.

Nothing look the same way as it did in the pictures,i think enhanced the pictures is not a good afternoon idea,is like catfishing.the pool is not as big and as beautiful as it seems on the pictures.the rooms feel humid and half of the stuff dont work.but it work for our weekend getaway..so im not mad or disappointed just sharing my opinion.

Doesn’t meet expectations

The room was run down and old. It had a jacuzzi tub in the room. However it made the room very small. Our room was not cleaned the first day and possibly before we checked in because I stepped on a small piece of glass with my barefoot. There were also worn out places and stains on the carpet. Our room was barely cleaned the second day. Toiletry items were not replaced and the bed was never made the whole time we were there. I saw where several reviews were praising the breakfast. It was all prepackaged food that gave us flimsy plastic wear to attempt to eat it with. The last morning we woke up to the toilet overflowing, even though it hadn’t been used yet. They were prompt to plunge it. Frankly for the money we spent for this hotel, we could have stayed somewhere nicer without all the issues.

Expensive for condition

The staff were all incredibly nice! The location was perfect and a good breakfast. However it was very ran down, our room reeked of smoke and had lots of damage. Our bed tilted towards the headboard which was very uncomfortable. Honesty it should be about half the price for the condition.

First bad experience with this app

First, the pictures are not from this location! Rooms are not clean. We tried two different rooms. Then asked for a refund and left to find another hotel. Never received a refund. Was told non-refundable was agreed to. Yes, but the hotel failed to provide their end of the bargain. Would not recommend to board a dog!

On the strip near everything

I especially liked the queen beds. The mattresses are microfiber, very comfortable. Pillows were nice. There is heavy traffic. Ask for a room in the back, away from the front desk, if you don't want to hear any traffic on W76 Country Road.

Would have been better to sleep in my car

Our stay started out horrible. Get there and checked in. Get to our room and room keys didn't work. Walked back up to the front desk and they gave us 2 new keys. Walk back to the room still wouldnt work. Go back to front desk and was told to go back to the room and wait for maintenance. 1.5 later we finally make it in our room. The hot tub was working, the sona was now a storage room. We got absolutely no sleep that night. The guy in the room next to us must live there long term. He was very loud all night. The next day we did the things we came to do and had a blast. Returned to our room late to hear the man next door slamming his door and just very loud coming in and out. We had had enough and got our thing and checked out. Not to mention there was mold all in the bathroom and some spots in the room. I will never stay here again. Left 1 day early and lost what I had paid for the room and had to drive 4hr home with no sleep in the middle of the night

We were looking forward to the pool, sauna and hot tub. Unfortunately the hot tub was broken and the sauna was filled with janitorial products. I literally chose this place over others because of the sauna and price.The pool was cloudy and it didn’t seem like the filter was working. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The floors had old carpet and the pictures showed laminate wood flooring. The pictures were definitely from when the place first opened because everything was worn down and dirty. They did a great job with the breakfast. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Older hotel

Room we were in seemed like an older room. Felt dirty. Didnt use pool, didnt make it back. Breakfast was the hit breakfast and waffles or cereal. Overall it was okay
