The location was perfect for the Sight & Sound Theater and the mall that we went to. The place was clean but very dated. The ceiling fan upstairs had a noise to it and the dishwasher was incredibly loud! The price was right for all six adults, so I would say it was a good value for the price.

Sibling Anniversary reunion

The property was very nice and clean and comfortable. It was also very spacious and centrally located for easy access to the surrounding attractions. We enjoyed.All the surrounding attractions but we also enjoyed relaxing in this venue. The 6 of us who were there gave it two thumbs up.

Family Reunion

3 nights in Branson. Property was in an optimal location! I cant say enough good things about the spacious accomodations. Plenty of kitchen items to make meals and a seperate coffee bar. The enclosed sun room was a bonus space very bright and comfortable. Everyone got a good night sleep each of the 3 bedrooms with king bed and seperate bath rooms. 2 bedrooms on main level helped with family having mobility issues.I would definately book again.

We did not communicate with the property manager. I tried to leave the rating blank but that was not accepted.We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Appreciated 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Also appreciated morning coffee.Only slight negative was the noise from the adjoining unit; our grandkids both heard banging and voices at night. Also, while we were there, they were up on the roof which was also somewhat noisy. Overall, no complaints. Very comfortable

Plenty of room

This condo worked really good for three couples. The bedrooms were nice and there was plenty a room so we didn’t feel like we are on top of one another. The pictures in the ads is exactly what the condo look like so there were no surprises. The third bedroom was in a loft up a set of stairs.

The steps was the biggest obstacle. I took my 2 sister's and my 86 year old mother. I didnt realize a 3 befroom had steps. I contacted the owner and he told me they didn't have 3 bedroom available without steps. So next time i will rent a 2 bedroom. The tubs weren't all that clean. Carpet pretty wore and cracks in tile in one bathroom. The kitchen chairs are very uncomfortable and left black marks if you scooted them. The beds and pillows slept comfortably though. Overall it was ok.

A perfect spot for 3 brothers and their wives from 3 different states to get together. This condo is well suited for 3 couples with 3 king beds and private bathrooms that were very comfortable. Location was close to shows and has a beautiful view of the golf course and creek.

A wonderful stay

My friends and I came to Branson for a Christian Conference on a rainy weekend and were allowed to check in early which we were so grateful since it was risky to be out on the roads. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. The location was excellent and made it so easy to get where we wanted to go.Even the laundry area had supplies.

Friends vacation trip

This property was perfect for our needs. We had 3 couples of 70 age range. This was the first trip to Branson for all of us and so we were pleasantly surprised at how convenient this location was to everything. The host got back to me right away with answers to any questions I had.
