Have stayed two times for multiple days. Service is great and the rooms are always clean. If you watch tv much, you will be confused because the channels do not line up with the guide. Other than that, it's a great place.

It’s very convenient; in the center of the theater district with easy alternatives to avoid the traffic. Very comfortable and spacious room. (but bring your own blow-drier) They did tease a coffee maker in the lobby that I never saw coffee in.

Pros and Cons

Pros: Facility was clean and well maintained. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The bathroom was spotless and there were enought towels and washcloths for our three night stay. We did not request housekeeping during our stay. Cons: there is no counter space in the bathroom. A shelf over the toilet woild be helpful. The only mirror in the unit is the one in the bathroom. A full-length mirror in the bedroom would be helpful. The cups are the size of demitasse cups. Larger cups would be nice.

We had a great week stay at OakRidge, the only downfall was that Expedia's website stated that there was a daily breakfast buffet which there wasn't.

It was overall a good experience. A little disappointed that local tv was unavailable. The front desk staff were very kind and went out of their way to help. Rooms were clean. Kitchen was limited if you want to cook full meals.

This property is a bit dated, however , it provides all you need for a nights stay. The employees we dealt with were all very friendly. We had made a mistake with our reservation and we were suppose to check out 1 day before we thought. this could have been a real issue. lucky for us Jessica Frederick was at the desk and treated this as not an issue at all. she found a way to keep us in our rooms for 1 more night. I can not praise her enough for how she handled a mistake that was our fault. The owners must be very happy/proud to have such a great employee.

Nice property for the price. Comfortable bed. Hotel is having an issue with their TV satellite provider so there are no local channels or ESPN channels. No hair dryer in bathroom.

Beyond my expectations!

Came here for along weekend. We loved our room 414- which is a one bedroom, livingroom and full kitchen. Unit was clean and comfortable. Shower has great pressure and very hot water! Easy check-in and out. The only thing I would recommend is new blinds! ( warped from sun)

Nice, privately owned (not a chain) hotel with friendly staff and nice amenities for families. Common area included ping pong table, large game sets (Connect 4, Jenga) and an outdoor pool. Some fixtures in room are older, but plenty of nice touches in the very clean room. We would definitely stay here again.
