We stayed at this condo with friends. We all agreed it was an exceptional property. The communication from the management company was easy to follow from reservation to post stay. The unit was very well maintained. Clean! Comfortable. Nothing outdated. Well set up with provisions. Access to the elevator was close but stair access even closer. The views were wonderful if you want to take in a sunset. I would say AS DESCRIBED but prefer to say BETTER than described!

Quiet and Very Nice

At the end of April, my wife and I stayed at this property and enjoyed our first visit to the Branson/Table Rock area. The property was clean, neat and quiet and provided easy access to Table Rock Lake and the attractions in Branson. The unit was immaculately clean, well-stocked, and had lots of room. The view of the lake was very nice, and the unit's deck provided for a few nice Happy Hours to enjoy the view. Communication with the owner and property management company was excellent, and both were responsive, accurate and friendly. The stay was top-notch, and we plan to stay here again and will encourage attendance by others in our extended family. While I drove into the area from Colorado, my wife flew into the Springfield-Branson airport which was an hour north of Branson. My only complaint is we were charged -- I think 27? -- when I requested to unload at the condo ONE HOUR before the official 4;00 PM check-in time. Ridiculous and petty charges. We traveled during the off-season and had only requested a short time to unload before I traveled to Springfield to pick up my wife. Everything else was top-notch and exceptional.

We booked this unit last minute and found the accommodations to be perfect for our needs. The unit was sparkling clean and spacious. It can comfortably sleep two couples, both in king beds, and two singles on the daybed and trundle bed in the sunroom. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of appliances, utensils, cookware, and bakeware. The management company was easy to communicate with and responded to a minor maintenance request quickly (the issue corrected within the hour!). The view of Table Rock Lake from the unit was beautiful and can be enjoyed from a balcony or the fully enclosed and climate controlled sunroom. All in all, would highly recommend.

Little Branson Getaway

Property was exactly as described on VRBO. Clean with many additional amenities. Beds were so comfy and area allowed each of us space and areas to play cards and catch up on life. Loved location in proximity to Branson. The views were amazing.

Changed units

This property we were to rent supposedly had water damage so we were moved to unit 320. Communication initially is not through the Branson branch, which they were not quick to respond or as helpful wasn’t a great beginning. The Branson branch is communication 3 days prior to arrival and is text only but they were quick to respond to any questions. The condos are nice, clean and quiet. It is a switch back corner to get in, winding through other homes/condos then a steep hill to enter these condos. You are supplied bedding, towels, hotel soaps and 1-ply. The sun room in the condo we had, only had sheer blinds on half the room and none on the rest or on the patio door, so sleeping on either of the sleeper sofas wasn’t a great option. Over all it was ok for us as we only stayed two nights, so it was just a place to land our heads at night.

Very clean, well equipped, nice views. Good location. Nicely furnished. There was a lot of noise from the above floor. One morning very early there was super loud construction noise next door, which was loud even inside.

The Condo has a Beautiful view!! Very Spacious!! We Enjoyed our stay!! They stayed in contact with us to make sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything at all. Loved it!!
