Check-in was quick and easy. Desk clerk was pleasant and courteous. Room was clean but did show some signs of age (carpet needs to be replaced). Hot breakfast was great. Overall a very good stay.

The staff was friendly. The building we stayed in was old and noisey. The room smelled musky so much that we went to buy a smell good for the week. The quiet at night hours that other hotels enforce were not repected here. I liked that the rooms came with a microwave and refrigerator but there were no plates or utensils offered in room. Breakfast was disappointing, offereing the same limited choices and a very croweded space as it has people from 3 building coming into one space.

There are only two fixable complaints: the fridge made noise (we unplugged it), and there was no rule about "no children in the hot tub" so we had to continually deal with unmonitored small children in the spa.

The room was clean, modern and a decent value for the money. But...definitely not the 8.6 rating showing on the reviews. Upon check in, we were sent to the wrong room with key cards to the room we were supposed to be in, and when the key cards didn't work, they gave us new ones that opened the OCCUPIED room the sent us to. When we got into our actual room, the bathroom was tiny, the towels were like sandpaper and the tub cracked like thin ice every time you moved. Very uncomfortable! Went down to the hot tub one night and had to wait for people to get out. A hotel of that size needs bigger hot tubs!

The bed was absolutely awful. Not much better than sleeping on the floor - so hard. Pillows also terrible - Hard and small. Shower floor creaked so badly it seems like it might crack underneath our feet. Bathroom so small and floor uneven so it was hard to close the bathroom door. We paid for 2 nights but only stayed one because it was so bad. Overall the room was very small - king bed room, small TV, very loud - could hear every sound of people talking, opening doors, lacking elec outlets, towels very rough.

Room was clean. Had a problem with the sink not wanting to drain properly. Staff was helpful, but not the most friendly I’ve dealt with. They did say they was short handed so I get it. Breakfast was good and the indoor pool and hot tubs were nice.
