Staff at desk were so nice. It was very busy at check in and the gentleman looked me in the eye and talked with me. Checkout was the same. They were very courteous. Room was very clean and bedding was amazing.

Our experience

The hotel was nice, it was clean and everything was well placed and organized through out. We had one issue from first entering our divided room is one side of the room didn't have air conditioning at all. Also above where the HVAC vent was was a small pool of water that damaged two of the drop ceiling tiles under that vent. We told the front desk and maintenance was somewhat quick to respond. They told us the air couldn't get fix at the time so they put a box fan in the other room to blow the cooled air into our main room where we slept. The room that the air did work in we had to have it's air turned down to a lot so we could get the other room cooled down enough to sleep while unfortunately making the other room miserably cold for our two kiddos. No other room was offered from the hotel to switch rooms while the ac in our main room was broke. We stayed for four nights. Poor experience from inside the room.

We had 2 rooms booked and an email confirmation from the hotel. Our room type for one of the rooms on the reservation was not honored. The person checking us in poor attitude. He just kept saying all can tell you is what I'm seeng right here. He literally waved off the email I was showing him. On top of that we look forward all afternoon to the hot tub after walking all day. Our last stay here, it was great but this time it was literally cold, not even lukewarm.

I did not like that the advertized hot tub was really cold. I also did not like the attitude of the guy who checked us in. We had a king room reserved and an email confirmation but got 2 queens. He kept blaming expedia and blew me off. Not helpful.

The hotel itself isn't bad. Could use some updating. The free breakfast was really good. The service was great. My main issue was that we had no hot water in our shower. I notified the front desk and they notified maintenance as well as discounted our room for the inconvenience. Overall, I would stay again.

It was okay. The hotel was hot and humid during our whole stay, in our room, in the hallways, making it not very comfortable. The fitted sheet on the beds kept sliding off in the night not fitting the bed well. The bathroom is too tiny to even move around in. The front desk person just wanted to sell me stuff and when I said no was not very pleasant afterwards. Trying to call the hotel for information was not easy. There are 3 different numbers on Google and you could never reach anyone.

Thousand Hill’s Resort

Check-in is a little later than expected and the elevators congestion was bad during checkout out time which is early. The breakfast was great and area is easy access to attractions.
