Our condo is very spacious and much larger than most condos with about 1400 sq. ft. of living space. The condo comes fully equipped with all the comforts of home to include a 55" HDTV in the living area, a murphy bed, plus a separate reclining sofa, and 2 recliners, WIFI, Two King Beds with pillow top mattresses, formal dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with all new stainless-steel appliances, TVs in all bedrooms, plus a full-size washer and dryer.

The enclosed sunroom is a great place to relax or have a morning cup of coffee and enjoy the view of Thousand Hills Golf course and the hills of Branson. The outdoor pool is heated so that you can enjoy the pool three seasons. You will not find more pleasant accommodations than at "The Fairways". We took our 93 year-old father back to visit friends in Branson. The unit had no stairs, which was great. The unit was clean, comfortable, quiet and COOL! It was close to the grocery store and restaurants, making it easy to get together with people. We loved staying here, and the price is reasonable.

When we arrived at the condo, it had been missed by the cleaners, as the beds were unmade. After making a phone call, they were quickly there to clean & we made a quick Walmart run to pick up a few things we forgot. We understand that things happen & it was quickly resolved & our cleaning fee was refunded. The water dispenser on the fridge was very slow, like a tiny trickle. Maybe a new filter, idk. A couple things I will mention that won’t be important to all guests but was for us. I have MS & use a mobility scooter so the “no stairs” was vital. However, there is a curb without an ada cut out ramp, so I had to be lifted over the curb every time when going in & out. Also, cars are allowed to park directly in front of the sidewalk which made it a little tricky for me to have space to get off the sidewalk. Again, nothing to hold against the condo owner. Really it’s more about ada compliance & probably not something most people even think about. But we enjoyed the condo & had a good stay.

A very enjoyable stay. Had an issue with the key pad to get in, but called and got IMMEDIATE assistance. The place was clean and comfortable. Plenty of kitchenware to use. Extra blankets and pillows as well. Would definitely stay again

Home away from home

We visit Branson at least once a year and have stayed at many places and this place was great. Great location, minute from the strip. Had everything we needed. Towels were the exact same ones I use at home which made me so happy! Beautiful furniture and decor. I would recommend.

Nice getaway

Really loved the living room furniture! Two nice recliners and the couch also reclined. We went with friends and it was nice just visiting in the evening. We enjoyed the sunroom. Was able to play some cards and had our breakfasts out there watching the golfers. No steps and very close to where we parked. It was a nice convenient location. Great place!

Here for a Dance competition.

This place is SO nice. We came to Branson for a dance competition and were so pleasantly surprised by this place. Newly remodeled and you can tell they put a lot of effort into it. Everything was so clean, nice and new. Plenty of space for our group of 4. We will definitely be back and stay here! You are literally so close to everything. We never had to drive more than 10 minutes to get to any attractions we wanted to see or anything like that. Loved this place.

Location is near the action. yet seems somewhat isolated. There was just the 2 of us, but the layout is excellent for two couples, David responded quickly to dishwasher issue that was resolved.
