The property was very roomy and very clean. I realized when I got there that I miss understood the level it was located on. I didn't realize ground level was on a hill and we were actually on level two. We had to use the elevator which was fine but additional walking. I will know next time what to check for. It's very well stocked and adequate for a lovely stay. We enjoyed it very much.
Wonderful, roomy place. Very clean with all accommodations. Comfortable beds. Comfortable living room with recliners. Quiet for most part except for upstairs neighbors stomping late at night. Wish we knew check in process. You have to go to the golf club to check in. Didnât know that. You can use the pools in the club areas which was nice. Washer quit and took a day to get fixed but it got done.
Check in and check out was handled with ease. We were texted throughout our stay offering tickets to shows or attractions and preparing for checkout process/options. Property was centrally located allowing access to the activities we had planned. The property furnishings were adequate-carpets stained/headboard loose as had been referenced via another review, one shower pressure was minimal, etc. Sunroom was nice but only able to open one set of blinds for the view.. Lots of ceiling noise from upper unit. Would stay again-just things to be aware of.
This condo is in a great central location. Itâs close to the indoor pool if you visit in the winter, but you do need to drive to an outdoor pool in the summer at another location within the property. Getting the tickets through the clubhouse concierge was a great bonus, they are very informative and helpful.
When we walked in we were impressed right away. So much room, loved the layout and space. We were only disappointed that we were only staying 2 day/3 nights so weren't able to enjoy the space much as we were on the go so much. I'd suggest they leave just plain coffee filters and regular dish soap in the condo. The layout and sunroom are very nice. We'd definatly stay again as we plan to return to Branson.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The sunroom was our favorite. The location was convenient to restaurants and shows. Quiet location on a beautiful golf course. The only minor drawback was the carpeting showing signs of wear, but we had seen this in other reviews of this property prior to booking and it didn't dissuade us. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.
Perfect place for our family to stay for the week! The unit was big enough we were able to have our own space and not have to eat out every meal. Having a washer and dryer made it even better! The unit does have some wear- the carpet in particular should definitely be replaced sooner rather than later- but we still would prefer this place I've a hotel!
This condo was conveniently less than a minute from down town brandson and next to a beautiful golf course!! Has a well kept pool and the rooms and beds are clean, I would recommend for sure
Condo was spacious, clean, and had all that our family of 4 needed. Location was fantastic! Not dealbreakers but a couple of things to note: The condo is on the first floor however parking is on the second floor level. We did find the elevator but not till after we unloaded. Elevator is located towards the middle of the building. Also, the bathroom with the jacuzzi tub was difficult to get in and out of if you're shorter. I'm 5'5" and had some difficulty but my 6'2" husband had no trouble. The bedroom with the sliding glass door to the enclosed patio stayed warmer than the other rooms of the condo. I believe it was because of the glass door as the enclosed patio was quite warm as well. All in all it is a great condo and we would stay here again in the future.
We all had a wonderful time from start to finish. It was such a nice touch the property owners put up a Christmas tree and other beautiful decorations it made us feel more at home. The property location is perfect we will absolutely go back.
We stayed here for a few nights around Christmas. The owners had the unit decorated tastefully with a few Christmas trees and decorations. It was very inviting. Since it was a quick stay, we didn't take in a lot of the amenities, but the location seemed nice
Pros
- Everything was clean and organized
- Nice central location in Branson
- Owners were easy to communicate with
- The kitchen has filtered water on the fridge and seemed adequately stocked, though we only used the dishware.
- This unit is very spacious and gave our family plenty if room to spread out.
Cons
- This is a bottom floor condo and the insulation in the ceiling is apparently thinning. We could hear every step and action the people above us took.
- Parking was sparce. We had to park pretty far from our unit a couple evenings we got home later.
- They were doing construction work on the neighboring units that was fairly loud and started around 8 am.
The unit was great except for incorrect WIFI info in the book in the unit and then when we had the correct ID and password it was very marginal. As for the parking it was poor. Apparently only handicap spots are for permanent residents since the vehicles occupying the 4 spaces for 24 units never moved all week. To make it worse parking is very limited. I can't imagine how far away one must park when occupancy is high. We've stayed at Thousand Hills before in other locations and never encountered this issue. While we will again in the future it just won't be in the Legacy units. The parking is a deal breaker when mobility is limited for one guest.
