Clean room , nice staff. i rented Hotel Room , room was not. Cleaned , bed made , clean towels after night. I asked for coffee and they deliver it. Imagine my surprise to have to be out of Hotel Room by 10. This is standard for timeshares but not hotel room

I loved the homeyness. Clean, friendly, well lit, well decorated for Christmas . I mostly wanted a safe place with kind people. 100 percent delivered. Gated with friendly courtious guards. Always looked for parking pass and when seen, they smiled waved and said; 'You are good.' Loved it. I shoped and had a safe place away from home to return. THANK YOU 😊
I loved their security staff So friendly, this was important to me to feel safe.

The accommodation was not as pictured. The description was for a 2-bedroom Villa. We were put in a cabin with an adjoining bedroom, which should have been a king bed, it was barely a queen. The carpet was stained, ice maker didn’t work and the blinds broken, missing.
