The resort was overall great. The pool and hot tub were great. The people were friendly. But the room wasn't very clean. The floor was dirty and turned my feet black. Also, i recommend updating the walking trails. Maps, signs, and a gazebo or something to make the trails more of an attraction.

Booked thru Expedia and pictures they have are not what our room was as it wasn't a just a bigger room in the hotel it was part of a separate cabin. Outdated kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Bath and bedroom was upstairs.
Really outdated bathroom compared to one listed online. Window unit in bedroom.

An “Unfriendly” Pet Policy!

We did not stay here as planned because when we got there, we found out they were charging a $150 nonrefundable pet deposit for our stay of one night! That meant our one night stay went from $85 night to $235, which we found to be highway robbery & false advertising! I have paid as much as $50 but every other pet friendly place in Branson that we looked at on Hotels.com ranged from $10-$35 so we felt this was exorbitant! We asked to speak to the manager who was a bit catty & seemed unconcerned about losing us as customers. Thankfully, Hotels.com helped us cancel our reservation & we went to another place for the night who charged us only $10 night extra for the pet fee for my sweet little chihuahua.
