The pictures don't do this little slice of heaven justice. Every square inch of this home was clean and quaint, and the comfort was the best experience we've had of other bookings we've made over the years while travelling. Most home owners skimp on quality in things like linens or cheap mattresses. The beds were dressed in soft, cloud-like down comforters, and a variety of pillow options. Simply-put, we haven't slept better. I always dread the part of vacations where I don't sleep well, and have to suffer days with an active family. This home owner has thought of every need you might (kitchen essentials, coffee condiments, snacks, outdoor & lake items such as life jackets, inner tubes, wagons, strollers, infant bedding, toys, games, sport balls, floaties, bathroom essentials & toiletries, charging stations for various electronic ports, etc.). The list goes on. The area is peaceful, and completely quiet at night. The lake is in the back yard and easily accessible for a swim or a beautiful sunrise sit with your loved one(s). You will be especially entertained if the resident woodpeckers grace you with their presence. This property is a true gem! I almost didn't write a review so I could keep its secret all for myself ;)
