Die Umgebung wie gewohnt sehr schön, das Mietobjekt schlecht.

Kinderhochbett gefährlich. Eine Latte gebrochen, das würde noch gehen, aber restlichen Latten lose eingelegt weil Halterung rausgebrochen oder nicht mehr vorhanden. Diese mussten mehrmals wieder neu eingelegt werden da ansonsten mein Kind durch das entstehende Loch, mit Martratze durchgefallen wäre. Stühle sehr schön aber nur zusammengesteckt und nicht geleimt. Stuhlbeine beim Kind so wie mir weggebrochen und mussten jedesmal neu gesteckt werden. Wohnblock, ein Hochhaus, sehr runtergekommen.

Zu klein

Schlafzimmer sind sehr beengt. Möbel schon sehr verlebt. Zu wenige Steckdosen. Eine Matratze war zu lang für den Bettkasten. Vor der Wohnung war die Warenanlieferung. Oft schon früh morgens sehr laut.
