Welcome to Sankt Andreasberg! You and your family or friends will definitely feel at home with us!

Our apartment has 3 bedrooms and a living / dining area which u. a. equipped with a comfortable sofa bed. Thus, use this apartment easily and groups up to 8 people. The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and ceramic hob and oven. The bathroom has a double sink and a shower.

All rooms are bright and modern equipped. Each room has its own flat screen satellite TV.

Feel free to change Wi-Fi and parking free of charge.

Location:
The large apartment is located 100m from the center of Sankt Andreasberg in the midst of the unique landscape of the Upper Harz, within walking distance of all attractions and several restaurants with international and regional cuisine. A supermarket is located nearby. Of course it is also possible to grill in fine weather on the terrace. The apartment was completely renovated in 2013.

Sankt Andreasberg is embedded in the Harz national park. It offers ideal conditions for hiking, cycling, fishing and skiing. The summer toboggan run is a short walk from the apartment.

From Sankt Andreasberg you can great day trips to Braunlage (12 km), Bad Lauterberg (12 km) Clausthal-Zellerfeld (21 km) and Bad Harzburg (25 km). Goslar, Wernigerode and Quedlinburg can be reached in about 40 minutes. The A395 can be reached in 35 minutes, the A7 motorway in 40 minutes and the A38 in 50 minutes by car.

Tolle Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Für einen Urlaub ist an alles gedacht, sogar alle Verbrauchsmaterialien (Seife, Geschirrspülertabs, etc.) waren komplett vorhanden. Gern wieder.

Die Unterkunft besitzt 3 Schlafzimmer, wo 6 Personen übernachten können.Die Schlafzimmer sind auf 2 Etagen verteilt.Außerdem könnte jemand im Wohnzimmer auf der Couch schlafen.In der Unterkunft ist alles wichtige vorhanden.Es gibt: Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Herd, Geschirrspüler, Gewürzregal.Es gibt einen Kühlschrank mit 3 Gefrierfächer.Die beiden Bäder, welche sich auf der obersten Etage befinden sind beide mit einer Dusche ausgestattet.Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich.Gegenüber der Unterkunft gibt es einen Nahkauf.

Wunderbarer Familienurlaub

Die Ferienwohnung hat wirklich keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und flexibel. Die Wohnung ist sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und besonders in der Küche wirklich unglaublich gut ausgestattet. Küche und Wohnraum sind mit einer Durchreiche verbunden, so dass man auch beim Kochen immer zusammen war. Die Nähe zum Supermarkt ist ein weiterer schöner Pluspunkt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können uns gut vorstellen noch einmal wiederkommen ☺️

Schöne FeWo

Groß, geräumig, wie beschrieben. Man sollte Treppen steigen können (Lage der Wohnung im Dachgeschoss, kein Aufzug). Ansonsten: Schön und ruhig -bis auf den lautstarken Junggesellenabschied am Wochenende im Nachbarhaus - kann aber überall passieren ;-). Schöne Wandergelegenheiten in der Nähe (Rehberger Grabenhaus, Rinderstall, ...). Supermarkt fast gegenüber, Bäcker ein Stück die Straße runter (seeehr leckeres Plundergebäck!). Gerne wieder!

Für unseren Kurzurlaub im Harz perfekt

Hier wurde vor Kurzem ein wenig renoviert, das konnte man hier und da noch sehen. Alles kein Problem und für uns mit 6 Personen prima nutzbar. Die Terrasse mit „Garten und Grill“ ist nur eine Notlösung, hat uns aber gereicht. Beste Grüße

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im Hochharz

Moderne und zweckmäßige Einrichtung. Ruhige Lage in der Oberstadt. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (nahkauf gegenüber und Bäcker 300m entfernt, beide auch sonntag vormittags geöffnet). Das in einem Stockwerk kein Bad ist und stattdessen beide Bäder im oberen Stockwerk ist nicht so günstig. Nur 2 Toiletten sind bei 7 Leuten morgens doch etwas wenig. Im Haus wohnt leider ein Starkraucher, so dass man die Luft anhalten musste, wenn man das untere Treppenhaus passierte. Zum Glück war von dem kalten Qualm in der FW nichts zu riechen.

Hübsche, moderne Wohnung in guter Lage im Ort

Wir haben einen schönen Jahreswechsel in st andreasberg verbracht und können die Wohnung für sechs Erwachsene absolut weiter empfehlen. Der Vermieter war sehr bemüht und stets ansprechbar, die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und sauber. Besonders die zwei Badezimmer waren von Vorteil!

Schön wohnen unterm Dach

Die Wohnung ist renoviert und bietet für 6 Leute ausreichend Platz, bei 8 Personen müssen zwei auf der Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer nächtigen. Es gibt mittlerweile zwei Bäder und einen Grillplatz im Garten, sowie eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Für uns war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm, obwohl zwei der Schlafzimmer recht klein ausfallen und man wegen der Dachschrägen ein wenig auf den Kopf aufpassen sollte. Wir würden dennoch wieder hinfahren!
