The condo is in a perfect spot for walking to the slopes or through town. Everything you need is there, whether you are choosing a vacation to prepare food at home or eat out every night. The bus stop is conveniently located and the bus system is easy to figure out, and free, with two grocery stores easy to reach. The hot tub is close and nice for relaxing after a day of skiing.
The host was very welcoming and had excellent communication. The amenities were excellent and knowing that passcodes are required to access the garage, to use the elevators and to get to any floor within the condo building showed me that guest safety is a priority to the host!! The condo was very clean and cozy. Great locationâwaking distance to shopping, restaurants, and etc.! I hope to go back again next year and stay in the same condo!!
Very good location. Great access to base of Peak 9 right across the street. Only problem was that it advertised a fireplace and we didn't find out till after we got there that we were not allowed to use it.
This location is great for someone who wants to get out and explore Breckenridge. Although the building itself shows its age, the unit is much nicer. It is rough around the edges in some places, but it looks great in general. The kitchen is not super well stocked, but the things that are there are in quite good shape. The hot tub is excellent. The bed is quite firm and at night the unit is quiet despite overlooking a busy thoroughfare. If I were coming up to explore Breck, I would stay here again.
Right across the street from lifts and 1/2 block to the start of Main St. No car required to get around Shuttle up from Denver and then ride the Free Ride system around town. Walking distance to all you need except the grocery store
noisy road, leaky toilet, bed too small, no storage for suitcases, under bed was not an option for us and suitcases. but it was a quaint mountain retreat and we enjoyed it anyway, just not the road noise.
Location is convenient for walking and has indoor parking which was nice. The unit is very small and could use updating as it is much more dated then the pictures show. New furniture and paint would go a long way. The hallways and elevator were dirty and dated as well.
Great location close to downtown and lifts and unit was well stocked. Bedroom window didnât open so made if difficult to cool off the bedroom on the warm summer days. Nice balcony but it is on a very busy noisy street so expect traffic and pedestrian noise if sitting on the balcony or inside with the patio window open (which is n ended to cool the place off). We enjoyed our stay but will look for a quieter place next time.
We had a small hiccup on our trip to check into the room, the keys were not there once we arrived to the suite. Issue was taken care of even though most of the lodge staff checked out, relatively quickly and we were able to check in w/ parking passes situated.
The suite itself was clean upon walking in and the views from balcony were spectacular. Kitchen and living room were spacious, bedroom did not have much space other than fitting the King bed and a closet. Parking was easy w/ garage in unit, and experience overall was amazing w/ location.
The convenience & location were excellent. Very happy with the roominess and most of the amenities of the condo. We were disappointed with the description of the fireplace. We assumed it was a working fireplace but found out upon our arrival it was not available for use. Also would help if there was a description for the booking that advised that check in instructions would be emailed the morning of check in.
Hot tub empty. Room hot and no window crank. Cover fell off the electric heater. Patio furniture was filthy. No coffee, but oddly, a box of 100 vanilla creamers. Toilet didnât work without removing the cover to operate internally by hand. Most of the knives had broken tips. The locks required some patience, had to get the key just right, glad I quit drinking a few months ago.
The condo was in a fantastic location. Literally close to everything, including ski lifts. It sat above two ski rental facilities and a restaurant...very convenient. In-garage parking was nice as it was warmer and secure. The unit was nice but it's starting to show its age and popularity. The unit stayed very warm, even with the heat off, so we cooled it off by opening the windows a majority of the time. The unit has a wood burning fireplace, which is really nice, but unfortunately the temperature just wasnt low enough to enjoy it.The kitchen was well stocked with necessary cooking items (pots, pans, dishes, silverware etc). Appliances look to be fairly new and the dishwasher was nice to have. The unit is perfect for a couple or a very small family. Would stay here again.
Die Lage in Breckinridge war herausragend, eher 6 als 5 Sterne! Der dekorative Zustand der Wohnung war etwas veraltet und könnte einmal aufgefrischt werden. Die Gastgeber waren top.
