Waterhouse Stay

The Master Bath wreaked of mildew. The shower floor is covered with it and the bathmat outside the shower was dirty (I have pics). For $220 per night, we expected more. We entertained leaving, but this is our one vacation per year. We closed the master bath door and used the guest bath. Also, the mattresses are extremely taco-ed and uncomfortable. The condo overall is charming and the location is fantastic, but due to the cleanliness, we will not be back. For the price we paid, we expected more. Also, the guest bath shower curtain liner was covered in soap scum

Excellent property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. You can't ask for a better location. It is located just across the street from Main Street. The property is well maintained. However, we did note one of the twin beds was slightly off kilter. As it was just the two of us traveling, it was not a concern and we did not investigate the cause further. The lighting in the living area is also quite dim. We noticed two lights that show above the couch in the photos were no longer in place. That being said, we would return to this property in a heartbeat - so comfortable and inviting. Do make sure you check in at the Vacasa check in area before attempting to locate the unit. Directions could have been a bit more clear that check in at a separate location is needed before going to the unit. Breckenridge is an amazing place to visit and we hope to someday return and stay at this property.

Good but could be better

Unit was clean and well appointed. Pretty much as advertised. But two single beds in 2nd bedroom were unusable. The depression in the middle of the mattress made sleep impossible. We had to get a hotel room for the part of our family staying in that room. This could be a 5-star unit if the beds were usable.

Perfect Location for a fun family trip!

We brought our two boys to Breck for the first time this summer. Our top thing on the wish list was central location. We loved that we could walk all over with easy access to Main Street. The unit was very clean, had everything we needed. Loved the sound of the creek right outside the living room/balcony! Rained one of the days, so made use of the theater room down in the lobby - fun experience for the kids. One tip is to watch out for the fireplace surround. We all stubbed our toes on it a couple times on the way out to the balcony. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful unit in a very nice complex. Close to everything and it has all of the amenities you would need. We stayed there in the summer so I can’t speak to the proximity of a ski lift, but it is walkable to everything in downtown Breckenridge

Beautiful Property

The condo was perfect for our family. Comfortable beds, spacious and all the kitchen supplies needed for a great two day staycation. Great location, close to town, slopes etc. Highly recommend this property.

Great views!

This was a great place to stay! The views from the balcony are perfect! It’s an easy walk down to Main Street. The only negative thing is walking around the property can be confusing at first and there are no locks on the interior doors within the suite. But the place is very secure. Would definitely be back.

Wonderful quiet location

The condo was very spacious and clean. Loved the two large bathrooms off the bedrooms for a family. Enjoyed the pool, rental options, and restaurants all within walking distance. Very quiet area and family friendly.

Amazing condo, amazing location.

Loved everything about this property. It is perfect for all seasons, even the mud season we booked for a soccer game:) Hoping the management company takes care of the small maintenance items that need to be addressed, that didn’t impact our stay, but should be addressed to keep this beautiful property at the top of any ranking.

The whole property was beautiful, right along Main St., everything downtown including a few walking trails was in walking distance from our townhouse (less than a half mile to beautiful walking trails) We loved our stay and would stay in the same place should we return.

Great location, clean and cozy!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It’s spacious, clean and cozy. Amazing location! The jacuzzi is right out front, but it wasn’t working and in the cold we were afraid to use the one 50 steps farther haha! Kitchen fully stocked! They even supplied a humidifier. We sat on the deck watching the skiers come and go- just stunning views. Beds were so comfortable, separate heating for master, master bathroom heated floor, tvs with direct tv in all rooms. Checking in the woman, Emily, at the front was not terribly friendly. However, the owner of the property was incredibly friendly, accommodating and helpful. We would love to return!

Fabulous Stay at Water House.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! I would highly recommended this condo to anyone looking to stay in Breckenridge. This condo is right off of main street and a short walk to the lifts. The condo exceeded expectations and clean!! I read on a couple of reviews that the bed was uncomfortable and they had issues with the hot water. We did not have any issues with the hot water and the bed is not uncomfortable, but firm, if firm is not what you are looking for there is a mattress pad in the master closet that will make it more plush. All of the staff was very accommodating and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

This property was in prime location! The views are excellent and the amenities were great! Check in staff seemed a bit disgruntled when checking in and we walked into the maintenance guy working on our room when we first walked in. Other than that, this place was a delight!
