AMENITIES – 10 Southface sleeps up to ten guests and offers four bedrooms including a main floor master king bedroom and three additional bedrooms in the lower level. There is plenty of space to relax in with two living and family rooms with fireplaces, and an updated kitchen and baths. Relax in the hot tub with its stellar views and then take a steam shower to further unwind after a day full of activity. This home has a wonderful peaceful Zen feeling; come home, sit on your deck, and enjoy the best that Breckenridge has to offer.

Great place to stay!

Wonderful, spacious log home that was nicely decorated and very clean, with many great features including a nice kitchen, home theater, Sonos sound system, hot tub and steam shower. The 2-car garage was definitely a plus to keep the snow off our vehicles. Views of the mountains and Breckenridge ski resort were amazing. Hitting the hot tub after a long day of skiing was awesome! Would definitely stay here again :)

Beautiful home and spectacular views

Words cannot describe the beauty seen from the back windows. Snow capped mountains and beautiful trees. The home is beautiful and very clean. It is very spacious and the kitchen was well appointed. Any time I visit Breckenridge I know where I will be staying, this home cannot be beat.

Fantastic home

Very clean and well appointed home. We've been coming to Breck for over a decade and this is the best home we've rented. Very clean, everything you would need in the kitchen (but bring all your own spices, no salt or pepper). Location is good but neighbors are close and it feels like you're in town even though you're 10 mins away. Bathrooms and beds were great. The hot tub never worked so that was a bummer but they tried to fix it.

Spacious house with great views

House had lots of room and beautiful views but surprised by close neighbors who complained about us talking in hot tub at 9:45pm and one that plays radio all day long taking away from peacefulness of views. Also rooms need more fans or screens on windows as many windows don’t open or don’t have screens and the house was very warm in the summer. Almost unsleepable. But would be great for winter and location is easy access to downtown.

Wonderful property in a perfect location. Close to town and many activities. Comfortably slept 9 with room to spare. Well equipped all around. Minor issue with hot tub and projection TV... hot tub was fixed immediately, TV was not... but that's ok, needed to unplug anyway.

Weekend in the Trees

Overall, we had a very lovely stay at Woodmoor. The views, home layout, and hot tub were fantastic. I felt the house was clean and well-appointed. There were a few things that could be improved upon. There was a fire alarm beeping and we did not receive a response from the property manager until the next day. Thank goodness we found a ladder on the property and were able to remove the battery ourselves. Also, the theater room was difficult to navigate. Most of the remotes seemed to need new batteries and we had a lot of difficulties turning the projector on and off. It would have been nice for the property to have a book that detailed how to use the Sonos and how to use the projector. There was also a light bulb out in the powder room. I would stay here again but I think there needs to be a little more quality control before guests arrive.

Fantastic - stay here - you won't regret it!

We absolutely loved this property and everything about it! Incredible views, very spacious, fully stocked kitchen, game room in the basement, incredible hot tub with those stunning views, plenty of bedrooms/beds/bathrooms - overall couldn't have been better. I've stayed in a lot of places in Breck, usually switching it up every time we come. This place is one that I will be coming back to.

Great location and houae

Property was very comfortable and well equipt. Even during a snowstorm it was easy to access. Instructions were clear and checkout was standard. I texted the provided number early in our stay with concerns but never heard back, nothing was urgent but it seems to be managed by a busy company so not a lot of personalized assistance during or before the stay. Overall if you're independent a great house for a ski trip.

This house is just amazing!

We loved this house, perfectly clean, very organized and the check in process was flawless. The location was perfect, in the middle of the upper Breckenridge woods. The nature, the air, the views!!! Just perfect!! Do yourself a favor and book this house believe you won’t regret that decision.

What a View!

If you can't enjoy yourself at this wonderful home, you should probably just stay home from now on! The wow factor in this house is absolutely the stunning view of Mts Baldy, Argentine, Quantum, and the Peaks of Breckenridge. But the house itself is also pretty impressive. From the soaring ceilings, walls of windows, hearty timber logs, and the expansive open layout to the sleek, modern kitchen, the two fireplaces, the steam shower in the master bath, and the large hot tub with mountain views, this house is terrific. The kitchen is extremely well-stocked; the beds are very comfortable; the linens and towels are of very nice quality. Communication with the manager of the property was smooth and thorough. Parking allowance for four cars was helpful for our group who came from various directions as was the large space of the two living areas (one with large movie screen) that allowed space for the adults and the kids to have some separation from time to time. A hiking trail is within walking distance, the shuttle (we didn't need to use it) is convenient into town, and there is much to do in the area. We were here for a reunion of my children and grandchildren from Massachusetts, Colorado and California; and our stay here has been warmly impressed into our memories.
