We had six adults and seven kids, all under 7 years old. I thought the setup was perfect. We had a small ant problem in one of the bathrooms. Called management and they had someone out immediately. Overall the house was as described. It was clean, except for the outdoor grill. We had to give it a good cleaning before our first use.
Very nice house, art works were excellent. Plenty of room for our family. The only disappointing part was maintenance of the house there were numerous items that didn't work some of which were mentioned in descriptions but when you pay 10,000 for six days I expect more. The fireplace in the main living space didnât work, the ice maker in the kitchen didnât work ( ice maker in refrigerator could not keep up and we had to purchase ice). The wine cooler in kitchen stopped working half way through stay, half of the hot tubs jets didnât work, there was some alarm which didnât work and alarms kept going off ( we were called and told about alarm issue and someone would be there in a hour and a half) nobody ever showed up and we weâre bothered the whole time with alarms going off. There was no TV cable service and WiFi was very sketchy causing us to miss our team in March Madness and causing us to fill isolated from everything. In one of the bedrooms the remotes battery didnât work and I didnât anticipate bring my own batteries So guest in that room did without or having all my streaming services passwords and user codes so we could watch March Madness Again the actual house was great but you have to keep up with maintenance issues or you get disappointed guest I paid a premium price but donât feel like I got premium experience.
This home was perfect for our group of family and friends. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath. The large balcony with its stunning views was a big hit. Lots of room for everyone to spread out, but plenty of seating for together time. If you like what you see in the photos, you won't be disappointed.
Stayed here for a planned sister trip. Pictures on their website are a little deceiving - forget they use the âwide angle lensâ which makes the house seem so much bigger. Kitchen really was beautiful - top end appliances (ice maker was not working) but could never find dish towels or pot holders - we found that extremely strange. Overall the home was beautiful BUT it definitely needs a DEEP CLEANING. The grill on the deck was absolutely disgusting and the tools they had to clean it were non functional. Really hate to leave a negative review but felt I needed to be honest.
some friends and business colleagues getting together to discuss the future. We deeply enjoyed our stay at Kodi Lodge. The property was fantastic great location and picture perfect with the snow falling just the right amount. Host communicated very well and responsive. We do wish that some of the appliances were not out of order and or functional. Other than that it was a fantastic. Great spaces
Great location. Peaceful
We can not say enough great things about this home! We had 10 family members, an infant, 5 year old, 9 year old, 13 year old and 7 adults and everyone had an amazing time enjoying the hot tub and pickle ball court! The kitchen had anything and everything you could ask for and the home is so spacious we never felt crowded! The kids loved having their own space upstairs! Just minutes drive to downtown Breckenridge, Dillon and Frisco we never had kids asking âare we there yet?â We hope to book again here and highly recommend.
This house was perfect for our 5 night stay in Breckenridge. Plenty of room and amenities for large families. We loved sitting around the fireplace and spending time in the hot tub. The kitchen was very well stocked too. Highly recommend and canât wait to stay here again!
Home is beautiful and a great layout for a family. Very warm, inviting and with a wonderful view from the huge porch. We loved it and highly recommend it!
