Jump on the free ski shuttle for a day on the slopes before returning to River Mountain Lodge by Breckenridge Hospitality for a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar/lounge. Additional amenities include an outdoor pool and a steam room. Each apartment provides a dryer and a microwave, plus a coffee/tea maker and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. This hotel is undergoing a renovation, it didn't impede on us. Our room was very nice, yet small. Fans included, dishes were useful, and comfortable. We were just mislead because I called ahead to secure a roll away to be added and was told no problem. When we arrived, we were told no it wouldn't fit (which is correct.) Housekeeping did provide a nice amount of bedding for our teen to sleep on the floor. All was ok with that. Very good location for this place to walk around downtown.

A great find!

We loved our stay here. Our only regret was not staying longer! The location could not have been better. It was right on the river and we could bike on the trail and walk to town! The condo was amazing! Very clean and had everything we needed. FYI if you are staying in summer there is no AC and it was a rather hot night up on the third floor. The rooms are equipped with big box fans which helped but just good to know. Staff was very friendly and helpful! We would definitely love to come back.

Great spot near downtown

Great place to stay that is walking distance from downtown. Our room had a murphy bed, that worked well for the kids as it is more comfortable than a pull out sofa bed. Pros: Close to downtown. Free parking (if you have a standard size vehicle. Vary large trucks would be a problem). Full small kitchen w/ range, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker. Cons: No AC. Fans in the room were adequate for cooling at night.

Just a one night stay. Really well equipped room with huge fridge, washing machine, oven and loads of utensils. Would be great for a week or longer. Only down side was the bed was a drop down/foldaway. When it was out it was a bit cramped getting in and out - there was loads of room the other side in the lounge and diner. Hot tub was not that big for the number of guests.

Great location and we really like the premier studio unit for two people. The staff is very helpful. No air conditioning, but we've been able in previous years to manage with a box fan, but it was just too hot this year. They offered swamp coolers, which they delivered promptly, but no instructions! Ran it last night and it was noisy but effective, except for beeping, which I guess was a water indicator. Had it on in the room this morning and it was like a swamp in there - have since learned from Google that a door or window need to be opened. Sad to say this might be enough to make us look for other accommodations next year.

Wrong room was given to me at property front desk stated that sometimes Expedia list rooms wrong and they switch at property. Doesn’t sound right we had no time to rebook and it was non refundable!! I will be calling Expedia to address this I even screenshot room as we booked it showed a room with 1 bedroom queen sized bed they put me in a room with pull out bed front desk stated Expedia listed wrong room
