The room was conveniently located near the snowflake lift. The comforters on the beds required cleaning as there were stains on them. I had to wash them myself to feel comfortable sleeping on them. After we arrived and went to get our ski rentals, we returned to find someone leaving our unit. When I asked what he was doing in our unit he responded that he was fixing the “thing” Without looking up from his phone. I pressed for more info and he then said he was moving the dryer back. Summit rentals was very responsive though although they stated the guy was fixing the dishwasher. Being there is no deadlock inside the unit I was a little concerned about the experience.

Very close to snowflake lift, a/c, heater unit did not work well- , dryer door has issues but other than that, kitchen had all the essentials, unit was clean, rooms were spacious and overall great location to lift and town. Garage parking and ski closet was all great and as described. Everything is walking distance. Would stay here again if the a/c, heater was functioning better.

Excellent condo for family of 5. The LR had enough comfy seating accommodate everyone and 3 beds 3 baths were awesome. We used the hot tub every day and the fitness center some. The convenient walk to Snowflake lift (5min) was perfect. We didn’t have enough snow to ski back but it was the first stop on the bus line. Thanks for an awesome stay.

Peaceful condo close to town

The condo is located on the back side of the Riverbend complex, away from the street. The stream running nearby makes for a peaceful getaway. It's a fairly short walk into Breckenridge, and while the walk back is uphill, there is free bus transportation back to the condo if you need it. There is a nice hiking trail up to a reservoir right next to the building, which I recommend.There's plenty of sleeping space and a nice kitchen with plenty of supplies. Streaming services are available on the TVs for your entertainment as well as board games if you're into that. Summit Mountain Rentals has made the check-in process a lot better since the last time we came to Breck. This time, there was no need to go to their office on Ski Hill Rd. which was great because we arrived into town late in the afternoon.Overall, it's a very good condo that we would stay in again.

Worth it! Great place.

Perfect for family get aways

The three bedrooms were well appointed for families to stay. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and the washer dryer was a nice amenity. The checking process and communication from Summit was the best we have experienced. Definitely would recommend this company and condo for your vacation.

The condo was clean and spacious. The location is great — a short walk down the hill to Main St. and right next to the Snowflake Lift, Snowflake Trail and the Snowflake Lift Bus stop.

Great condo!

The experience and condo were great. Loved the location- an easy 13 minute walk to Main Street (coming back it’s uphill). The bunk beds were pretty firm (harder for adults to sleep on). Also, there’s no salt/pepper, ziplock baggies, tinfoil or any of those types of amnesties. There were coffee filters and olive oil though. Just good to know before you arrive. Hot tub was shared with the units but nice and big. Had such a great weekend!!

Excellent property and location!

The condo is located just steps away from the Snowflake lift. I don’t believe anyone in our party would recommend coming back to the condo via Snowflake route but there is an option of coming back on 4’O Clock run which brings you back just across the street from the condo- so you have two easy ways to return at the end of your day. The condo was clean and comfortable and full stocked with everything you need for meal preop and linens. The management office was easy to work with during the booking, checkin and checkout process! We will definitely return!

Great location needs a deep clean and update

PROS - LOCATION! heated indoor garage ample space well stocked kitchen CONS - could use a deep clean NEEDS a refresh on bedding could use an update as far as carpet and bathrooms hot tub is a bit dirty but its outside and used a lot OVERALL I'd stay again and I am a germophob so I would just wear slippers the whole time LOL but the pillows and bedding are SAD!

Breck Ski Trip

Excellent! Corner 1st floor unit, ski in and ski out. Snowflake chairlift is a bit slow out, and ski in can be a bit flat, though unit was a short walk to the center of town for the teenagers. Heated Garage, step outside to chairlift, unit was clean and very comfortable, could not beat the price and location.
