I am writing to provide feedback on our recent stay at your hotel. While we appreciated the clean and well-kept unit and the convenient location, there were several issues that significantly impacted our experience.Firstly, the need to check for parking and make reservations should be clearly emphasized. Parking near the hotel is a nightmare, and if you are lucky enough to find a spot, you cannot leave with your car because you may not find a spot nearby when you return. The message we received stated there was no parking, yet it is first come, first serve. This was misleading, as it seemed like we could park if we arrived early, which was not the case. If we had known there was no parking available, we would have looked for a unit with guaranteed parking. How does a hotel not have sufficient parking for its guests?Additionally, the dryer in our unit was not working properly, taking forever to dry our clothes. The unit in the hallway was often in use, causing further inconvenience.Another major issue was with the digital key cards. They rarely worked on the first try, and sometimes did not work at all. It was fortunate that there were six of us, as we would all try our keys to see whose worked. There were times we were stuck in the hallway trying to get in or had to wait for someone from our group to come let us in. Even the garbage chute required a digital key, which never worked, forcing us to walk all the way there with garbage only to be locked out
