Slordig vakantiehuis op park

Het huis was bij aankomst koud en erg vochtig. Water en stroom waren afgesloten en we moesten bellen op dit te regelen. Huis leek al weken niet gebruikt.Vaatwasser werkte niet, op telefoon geen reactie.

Den Reiserveranstalter NOVASOL werden wir nie wieder nutzen. Reklamationen sind hier unerwünscht, schlechte Bewertungen werden offenbar gelöscht. Die NOVASOL-Kontaktdaten für Reklamationen sind kaum zu finden (Tel: 49 40 23 885 982, email: novasol@novasol.de); verzögert sich dadurch die Reklamation im Urlaub, wird auf die AGB verwiesen. Das Service-Büro vor Ort hilft nicht, sondern spielt auf Zeit. Zur Unterkunft BVA502: Der Geschirrspüler ist seit Juni 2024 defekt und wurde bis 3.8.24 nicht repariert. Die Sauberkeit ist ungenügend: Spinnweben, Lüftungsgitter an den Fenstern sind dicht, Bettwäsche und Matratzen haben gelbe Flecken - wozu muss man 60.-€ Endreinigung bezahlen ?
