"Extremely friendly and helpful staff. But the room is located in a neighbouring building with windows to the parking lot and on the very same level. No balcony, but in that location that would not have been usable anyway. Room is clean. But shower tends to cause flooding and soap has been empty. Towels are of minor quality and seem to indicate approx. one million washings. Safe does not work. Parking is too small for hotel. "
