This is a lovely property with eye-popping decorating and tile work. Everything is very comfortable and convenient and we especially loved the fire pit feature in back of the house as well as the front porch. Although we did not cook in the kitchen, there were plenty of utensils and glasses and plates. The kitchen is very modern and beautifully decorated.This property is very close to the downtown retail area and it was very easy for us to come and go. It is walkable if you would like a 20-minute walk each way.We would definitely stay here again.

There was a gas leak at the house, which apparently the owner knew about. They were very, very slow to respond. Ultimately, we had to take care of it. They did refund us for part of one night stay, and offered to let us out of the rest of the stay. We decided to stay because we did not want to look for alternative location at the last minute. The stove was out in the middle of the kitchen because the leak was at the stove and under the house. This made it difficult to get to cabinets or anything we might need in the kitchen.The beds were extremely uncomfortable and hard as a rock. The house is cute and updated. It seemed to be in a good location, and the area was quiet.

Great Stay

This house was ADORABLE!! It was small, but perfect for our family of 4. It had all that we needed for a great stay for the weekend in Brenham. The outside views were not great, but it was on a dead end street which was quiet. Plus, we weren't looking outside much. Beds were comfy!!

What a clean and charming home. We had a 3 girls weekend and just had so much fun. Saturday we just hung around in this cozy home talking and solving the problems of the world. lol. We did venture out and enjoyed the sip and shop then to the Theater. You can go wrong with this location. Quiet and close to town. We’ll be back.

Annual Mother Daughter Weekend in Roundtop

We really enjoyed our stay at the Handsome Downtown Charmer. We go "antiquing" every year in the spring with our grown daughters. This little home really is charming and we enjoyed hanging out there in the mornings, as well as relaxing at the end of the day. Downtown Brenham is a fun area to get coffee, eat or do a little shopping.

Great Brenham Spot!

We really enjoyed this property. Stayed here to go to the Round Top show and it was a great location. Right in downtown so we had easy access to restaurants and the drive to RT was quick. The property was exactly like the pictures, updated and spacious. Only minor issues were that the coffee pot still had old coffee in it and the bed comforters were a bit stained up. I would definitely stay here again though when I come back to the antique show!

Perfect

The house was just what we needed. It was clean and comfortable. Close to everything we needed. Suggestions: paper plates, Tupperware or ziplock baggies. Only things we lacked but could’ve easily brought them ourselves. Thank you for a great weekend stay. Will definitely stay here again if we are in that area.

Great place to stay in Brenham!

This is a great place to stay in Brenham. It's less than 2 miles from everything! We were there because our son was at a basketball camp at Blinn College. Our friends, whose son was at the same camp, came by to visit. They said it was better than their air b&b, and if the boys decide to do the camp next year, they'd race us to book this house!

Great stay!

The house from the outside is so cute, with a huge new porch added on. The inside is decorated very simple, but very attractive. We loved the black & white tile, and then the dishes that matched. Beds were very comfy and the temperature that had been set felt wonderful. We loved everything about our stay. .

Family Visit

My sisters and I rented this VRBO to visit with our father. The house was beautiful, clean, and modern in regards to electronics and décor. The host was professional and quick to respond if we had questions. We will definitely stay again when we return for a visit.
