Located on the 3rd floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 50 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. and a dining area

- Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with 2 single beds (90×190)
- Bathroom with bath and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot.
Outside:
