Excellent location for climbing and cycling

Lovely chalet in a great location for summer cycling, climbing and running. Added to that all the available walks and closeness to Briancon for cultural activities made it a fantastic trip in early summer 2022.

Great chalet within easy reach of the ski slopes

The chalet catered easily for two families. There were enough bedrooms and space to fully enjoy the open layout of this chalet. The downstairs garage was a hit with the children playing ping pong every night and other various games. The chalet is only 1km to the main bubble car for skiing and we parked at the station which was only 28 euros for 7 days. We had a quiet week and found a parking space easily. Easy parking at the chalet for two cars and access in and out was good. I would highly recommend this chalet and would go there again. Mr Launay next door is a great help if needed. Very friendly.

Vacances agréables dans ce chalet trÚs fonctionnel.Quelques éléments sont malgré tout à noter.L'annonce ne précisait pas que si on souhaitait utiliser le bain norvégien, un forfait bois était à régler.De plus, le bain à remous de l'étage était hors service.Le petit jardin mériterait également un fauchage des hautes herbes ainsi qu'un désherbage de la terrasse.

Nous avons passé un trÚs agréable séjour en famille, dans ce superbe chalet trÚs bien équipé et vraiment bien situé. La météo était exceptionnelle, mais tout est prévu sur place si l'on a moins de chance (ping-pong, babyfoot, jeux de société, livres, bain nordique)

Beau chalet, bien situé

Le chalet est bien situĂ© Ă  l’entrĂ©e de Briançon pour aller facilement dans diffĂ©rentes vallĂ©es. Les ados ont apprĂ©ciĂ© la table de ping pong et le baby foot. Les 2 points nĂ©gatifs: le balcon/terrasse est trĂšs agrĂ©able mais il manque une table de jardin pour 8/10 pers. Quel dommage! Le lit en 160 est trĂšs inconfortable, le sommier devrait ĂȘtre changĂ©. Mis Ă  part ces 2 points, nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able dans ce chalet.

MTB und Kletterurlaub

Sehr angenehme, gut ausgestattete Unterkunft. Sehr gĂŒnstige Lage fĂŒr diverse MTB und KletterausflĂŒge. Die großzĂŒgige Garage war fĂŒr die RĂ€der und KlettersusrĂŒstung perfekt. Kleine Ausnahme in dem Bild ist die Luftlinie ca. 300m entfernte Haupstraße nach Briancon ( die GerĂ€usche dringen zeitweisezum Haus durch) , aber dafĂŒr ist man halt auch schnell unterwegs.

TrĂšs beau chalet de montagne

Les petits et grands ont adoré tous les jeux mis à disposition dans ce trÚs beau chalet (pétanque, badminton, ping-pong, baby-foot...), bien équipé et bien situé pour visiter la région. Great house in a fantastic area

We had a great stay. Both the house and the surrounding area were fantastic. The matras on the double bed downstairs could maybe be replaced. It was not that comfortable for us. But this was more than compensated by the rest of the house and surroundings.

De chalet is fantastisch, alle nodige uitrusting is voorzien. Het is een rustige buurt en verder is alles van winkels dicht in de buurt en vlot bereikbaar. Als ik dan toch enkele minpuntjes wil vermelden: de tuin mistonderhoud, het gras stond een halve meter hoog en in volle bloei. De hottub was niet gereinigd, bij opstart stonk het water verschrikkelijk. ik heb alles gereinigd (inclusief leidingen) en voorzien van chloor; ik heb de over gebleven chloortabletten in de chalet gelaten. Verder hadden we er een fantastisch verblijf, we komen zeker nog eens terug. groeten Henny en Evelyne

TrĂšs beau chalet proche des commodites. Tout confort La personne qui gĂšre l’accueil, les petits soucis est super rĂ©active et agrĂ©able. Peut ĂȘtre juste revoir la taille de la table extĂ©rieure de l’étage et le nombre de chaises en plastique( 2 chaises cassĂ©es.) TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour Ă  refaire!!
