My family stayed here for the holiday weekend and found the location perfect for a day at the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and we found the property clean and well hosted. We would stay here again.

Overall satisfied

Myself, spouse, and two children (3 year & 10months) stayed at this location and felt it met our overall needs. It’s a small place, but we didn’t really need anything much bigger. It’s about 20 minutes from St Joseph which is where we spent most of our time. A couple things.. Pros: ‱the location was close to Weko beach, so we just drove 2-3 minutes (could have walked if we wanted to) and paid for parking down at the beach by the campground. ‱space conscious— bed easily folds out and in from entertainment center, perfect for our toddler. ‱safety— it’s in an apartment complex so there’s a code to get into the main building then an additional code to get into your room which gave us comfort. ‱updated— newly renovated and looks nice. That being said, some features show it’s an older building. Cons: ‱the room felt kind of muggy. I’m guessing this is because of the A/C unit. ‱the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work, adding to the muggy feeling. Wasn’t horrible, but woke up feeling kind of sticky, like I needed a shower. ‱there’s blinds on the windows but no shades. Our bedroom faced the parking lot so the light shined into our room, making it bright and confused our infant. He woke up at 2am thinking it was morning wanting to play. ‱small (like said we didn’t need anything huge) but kitchen table would’ve been nice. Overall pleased, amenities provided, helpful staff if needed. Would recommend depending on what you’re looking for!

Comfortable, clean, convenient location to the beach!

This is one of the cleanest and cutest little places I’ve stayed. Well decorated too! Even though it’s in an apartment building it was quiet. Maybe because it was the off season but I will be coming back! The drive to the beach was convenient too.

Close to Weko beach

Great apartment located within walking distance of beaches, restaurants, and breweries. Check in was very easy and host was prompt in replying to our question. One thing to note is that this is a downstairs apartment and we could definitely hear the upstairs renters stomping around EARLY every morning. If you’re an early riser this probably won’t be an issue.

Great Place!

Great Location! Beach is beautiful with easy access to vineyards, restaurants, and breweries. My friend and I went up for a girls weekend only thing I would suggest is another mirror in the condo. It was hard to ready at the same time with one mirror. Had a great weekend thank you!

Good Location

Bridgman is a cute town and great location to Weko beach and St Joe. We enjoyed our stay and it was good for the price, but two main things are age of the buildings and noise level. Buildings are old. Although they have been renovated, the smells are still there. I thought someone was smoking. We ended up getting air freshners. If you stay, stay on top floor. First floor noise levels are really loud from top floor. Some of the units are better renovated than others. Agree with other guests that AC unit is very loud and they need a TV in the bedroom.

Perfect for us . . .

Location is perfect for easy access by car or a 15 minute walk to Weko Beach. Two passes for parking at Weko Beach were provided, which was great to be saved that expense. Our keyless access to the apartment was difficult for two reasons. First, I wasn't provided with an access code to the building's main entrance. Second, the code provided to me for keyless entry to the apartment didn't work. I later learned that the apartment code didn't work because of a storm related power outage. Fortunately, I called the VRBO registration assistance phone number and provided my registration ID and information. VRBO was able to contact the owner. The owner sent someone to provide a key for our use. The owner kept in touch with us via text messages during our stay. I was thankful for everyone's assistance and thankful that I had all the information with me that VRBO needed in order to assist me. Everything was great from then on during our stay. I highly recommend this listing. And we loved the town of Bridgman MI. The power outage kept many restaurants, a gas station and the local grocery store from being open. We didn't go hungry and the staff at the restaurants that were open did a great job.

Great location to beach!

If we ever plan another trip to Weko Beach, we will definitely contact this VRBO! The place was just right for two people and walking 10-15 minutes to the beach was perfect! The price was so much more affordable for us than any hotels that were open those dates.

Weekend visit

We had a great stay. We spent a lot of time exploring the area and seeing friends. The time we spent in the apartment was very quiet and relaxing. We made our own breakfast in the mornings. The kitchen was stocked with all the pots, pans and utensils needed. Coffee was also provided. It was nice that it is located close to the beach and so many nearby restaurants.

Place was clean and well stuffed. 3 suggestions for improvement: 1. Get second TV in bedroom 2. AC unit is way to loud - can't even watch TV while is running 3. Grout and caulking in shower area needs attention Other than that , everything else was ok.

We spent 2 nights on the 4th of July weekend. The size is perfect for 2 people. The bed was comfy and the kitchen had everything you might need. The location is great! Close to the beach and restaurants. Price was very reasonable for location.

Overall had a good experience, except that you can't read the property address numbers at night, so I had no idea which building was the correct one. I ended up putting it in Google Maps which was able to locate the proper building.

A weekend getaway

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I appreciate how helpful and quick to respond the property management were. 2 things we didn’t like was the lack of air circulation so that the A/C was more evenly spread throughout the property. The bedroom windows had no shades to block out the lighting at night while we were trying to sleep. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and the fact that the beach was walking distance!
