Excellent stay! We got an upgrade just before we arrived for what felt like a small fee and it was definitely worth it - huge seafront room! We had afternoon tea on our first day which was very good and I thought very good value compared with London prices. The breakfast was amazing too - absolutely loved the breakfast room!

Everything about this hotel is 5 star, the room, the bar, the staff, the breakfast. They are in the process of some renovations as well so there are some 'tired' areas but it looks like they will be refreshed soon.
