GOOD * Great location in livable part of Fortitude Valley, close to everything * Large and brightly lit rooms * Fast and usable WiFi * Friendly and helpful staff BAD: * Fridge was broken and could not be fixed on time * Badly stained furniture, dirty/torn curtains * Washer but no dryer, you risk getting stuck with wet laundry * You have to take out your own trash on departure

The staff on the front desk were really friendly and helpful. Great central location in Fortitude Valley. Apartment was very clean. I stayed there with a friend and she slept in the bed and I slept on the couch. The couch had springs sticking up, which made it slightly uncomfortable to sleep on, but overall it was a great little apartment. Would definitely recommend paying for parking if you have a car as it’s a secure car park. Loved the location. My friend thought it was a bit noisy in the bedroom, but I thought it was fine. I would definitely stay there again.

Location was perfect for what we wanted plenty of street life and things to explore. There is plenty of nice cafes and restaurants in the area for food as well as eazymarts if you’d like the cheaper option

I rebooked as my last stay was great. The open windows and ac blowing when I checked in was a red flag and found the apartment stank of cigarette smoke the next day when I returned to the room. The neighbouring room partying til well after midnight with load music pumping into my bedroom left me without sleep for two nights. Not sure if security arrived but were called to try to sort it out. Don’t think I’ll be back.

Great place to stay if the price is right. Great location and only 10-minute walk to ferry or trains. Room was good size. Looking a little tired but still very functional. Can be noisy on the weekend but this time was very quiet. Always a great place to stay.
