The room was ok but there was a smell in the apartment. The airconditioning units (3 of them) were not blowing cold air… Couldn’t sleep all night..

Property perfectly located to access Brisbane CBD and the Northern Suburbs. I was in Brisbane needing to move between Southbank and Boondall (Brisbane Entertainment Centre). The two rooms we stayed in were clean, kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, stove top, microwave, toaster, electric kettle etc, plus washing machine and clothes dryer, and the garbage chute on the floor to dispose of rubbish. The only thing I found needed attention is the sofa, and new carpet would be a much needed facelift.

I would not recommend this property to anyone. I had an awful experience with the Management and staff. My room stunk like cigarette smoke. The furniture is old and yuck you feel dirty sitting on it. Very dissatisfied with Code Apartments.

The unit was missing the little things - bottle opener, extra pillows, wine glasses. The cleanliness was sub-par too. Leaking plumbing, leaving a puddle on the kitchen floor; shower head was very grotty and despite being requested, a king bed was not provided. One bonus was being allowed to check-in slightly early and the cheap car parking. Great view for the Ekka too.

Fairly good facilities, well managed. Great location, within walking distance to Exhibition Grounds, Gasworks shopping/dining and Bowen Hills railway station. The apartment itself is well appointed just lacks some touches of colour. Decor is boring black, white and grey..

Average room, but the appliances (TV wouldnt connect to WIFI or allow log in), and the comfort (only 2 small pillows on the bed and no others in apartment, and with no more available when calling reception, and no blanket or doona - just the sheet on the bed)

The property was was close to the venue we needed. We found the room reasonably clean, however no one cleaned the whole 5 days of our stay, regardless of the "make up room" sign we put at the front door each morning. We also had to buy insect spray to kill the cockraoaches in the kitchen which were many every day. Limited kitchen utensils or hardly any. Overall bad service. Wifi not available to the T.V. we believe it was over priced and under delivered..

Room was very basic and hasn’t been updated in a while. Bedding was very standard but comfortable enough. The bedroom’s only feature was a hole in the wall. The couch has seen better days, and light in kitchenette didn’t work. TV is about the size of an iPad but it worked.

Check in was easy and they were friendly. The Cleaning team on the other hand didn't really want to talk to us when we approached them to ask for extra 2 pillows and 2 blankets on or 2nd day.It seemed like an inconvenience to them. Our room was not very clean. We found food under coffee table and takeaway rubbish under couch cushions.Coffee not restocked only milk was. Location was great and quiet.

Disappointing - room service (cleaning) was only on the first day. No vacuum in the room and I had to go to reception to get new towels. Extract fan wasn’t working in bathroom which they knew about it when I asked them too. Otherwise it was good.
