Everything was great except that light and traffic noise woke us very early- double glazing is needed. And the excellent blockout blinds were installed inside the window frame rather than face-fitted, meaning that light leaked around them and woke us at 5.30am These two issues wrecked our sleep and would stop us staying again. This is a pity because the accommodation was otherwise very comfortable and the staff were great.

The room itself was ok. However, a room with an oven, cooktop etc but did not have a dining table and chairs? Ended up eating my dinner sitting on the corner of the bed whilst my wife sat in the office style chair. I have travelled a lot and stayed in much more comfortable lodgings. I just think that for the price it was lacking basic comforts. Breakfast supplied is beyond basic. I'm not one to give negative feedback but this experience was exactly what I have given in the rating, average.

The room itself was pretty good. The location for convenience was good. There are only two issues: 1. It was hard to get some fresh air into the unit as every time we left the balcony door open the noise of ambulances was quite loud, being right next to the hospital 2. The room wasn't serviced during our 6 night stay. I must have missed this in the room details as I was a bit surprised given the nightly cost.
