Staff were lovely! Had a problem with the toilet making a funny noise - they quickly fixed it. For a 5 star hotel - the bathroom was not clean to the standard I would’ve liked. Loud air conditioning, funny smell in the lift. Room was outdated and small. Great location directly on Queen street, Uber drop off and pick up down alley way. Overall was an okay stay.

Fantastic stay at Hyatt Brisbane, location couldn’t be beat, incredibly quiet. Pool warm, great amenities, great bar and restaurant. Happy hour cocktails at pool bar were a bit meh but otherwise couldn’t fault. Will be our go to on returning to Brisbane

The front of house and wait staff were excellent but their housekeeping let them down badly. The cleaning of the rooms was very inconsistent, glasses and crockery not cleaned and replaced, carpet not vacuumed every day until I complained, failing to put a top sheet on the bed. One day we vacated our room at 9am and left a "make up my room" sign on the door and returned 5 hours later to find it had not even been touched!
