We didn't get to enjoy our stay because the host couldn't provide a key, we were offered an alternative unit, further away from where we had booked, which i accepted but was then withdrawn due to supposed damage, we were then offered a third alternative unit 20km away in Springwood, totally unacceptable. It was then decided the the booking would be cancelled and a Full refund was offered only to receive an email later that night from Stayz advising of a 50% refund to be returned to my account in 3-5 working days, ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!We had booked the original unit because my wife has difficulty walking and our concert we were going to was only 3min walk. We were then forced to find alternative accommodation, which we were lucky to find in a Backpackers accommodation and somewhere secure to park our car costing us time and more money. All of this caused immense stress and caused us to be late for our dinner booking and arriving at the concert later then we wanted to after scrambling to find other accommodation and being unable to shower and refresh before the night. I am Still waiting for my refund!!!!! I AM NOT HAPPY!!!! This has been the Worst experience EVER with accommodation EVER!!!!! Due to this experience, We will NEVER USE STAYZ AGAIN!!!!! Due to the absolute incompetence of this host we are now out of pocket for a Lot more money having to scramble to find, alternative accommodation and added parking. We Are Not Happy!!
