Horrible logistics, you can’t be dropped outside the hotel so have to be dropped a few floors above at their parking. The luggage escalator is broken so you have to drag your own luggage down the stairs and then take a lift to the ground floor to check in. Awful if you’re a solo traveller, would not recommend. Also the building has long term renters so reception and entrance area is always quite busy.

Quick overnight stay for a concert at Suncorp, we booked late so it was $$$ We used the spa /pool area which was ok, but half the jets weren’t working and it is overlooked by all the office buildings, some privacy would have been welcomed.
