Great view from our room, great location for city and river adventures, room was a nice size with a nice enclosed balcony. Heated pool was amazing, had to be 30 degrees plus! Staff extremely friendly and helpful.

The room need an overall deep clean and maintenance repair. Pool area was lovely. Staff were friendly and tried to fix some of the issues. But the hotel is in a great location in Brisbane.

Bit disappointed with the 24 hour building right outside my room, hard to get much sleep. Shower in my room was also poor, nothing rates accommodation like a good shower, maybe change the nozzle? Staff were great!

Great spacious apartment and fantastic location

Oaks Festival Suites was a fantastic location for our family holiday. Central to everything you could want access to and a super spacious apartment meant our toddler didn't go stir crazy. The kitchen and bathrooms served their purpose, but will likely need an update in the near future as they were starting to look very well used, but the bedrooms, living and dining area (enclosed balcony) were all in fantastic condition. Would stay here again if returning to Brisbane.

This property is in need of maintenance and is becoming tired. The hotel has a very strong stale cooking smell throughout the building and particularly our room, the smell was intense. Our mattress protector had by the looks coffee spills on it and our aircon didn’t work so we had heaters bought up to the room. Front desk was helpful and attentive but I wouldn’t go back
