Property and facilities itself fantastic, beautiful 1 bedroom setup with huge spaces. Has everything we needed. Wish there was a restaurant offering food service in the hotel other than that was a wonderful and clean hotel/apartments.
Room was clean, building was lovely and clean, service was so lovely, facilities were amazing and you are made to feel so welcome at the Quest. Well priced too. Will be staying there again!

It always astounds me that $100 comes off ones card to cover incidentals and the like, but the $100 does not go back as quickly as it gets taken from one’s bank.
Staff we dealt with very friendly, especially Amiti at reception. So unusual to receive such good customer service these days. Very patient, calm, helpful and friendly. The hotel overall was good for the purpose. The community pool in the advert was misleading as we thought the hotel had a pool, hence the 4 star rating.
Had a great check in experience. Amity was extra helpful and answered all questions with a pleasant manner. She even gave us tips on how to navigate the surrounds.
Hotel manager Luke went out of his way to assist us in modifying the bed configuration in our room to suit pur liking.
