Each time I interacted with a staff member they were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the refrigerator and water heater. I also appreciated the free laundry facilities. I did not care for the open shower in the bathroom, but that is a personal preference.

The beds were very comfortable. Staff were professional yet friendly. Room very clean. We were fortuante enough to have a car park which was essential for us. Be aware there is limited car parking which was not shown when we booked.

Stay was a mixed experience. Staff seemed nice enough, room wasnt bad but wasnt great. The cleanliness in some aspects missed the mark face washer had what looked to be a dry blood stain on it and the balcony area had cigarette butts on it. Was very dissapointed to arrive and find out there was no parking at all available for guests.

Very comfortable bed, clean, tidy, beautiful shower, lovely breakfast available. Across the road from the Gabba, easy walk to McDonald's, KFC and Pineapple Hotel. No extra blankets or pillows in the room. Will stay again.

I would have thought that for the $265. Price tag, breakfast would be included. No. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. I told reception, they apologised. The bathroom/kitchen tiles were not in keeping with anything else. They must have been on sale.. they're so ugly & loud that I could barely hear myself think. They looked like they were straight out of the Flinstones. Pillows not great either. Also, couldnt get the shower head to switch from the hand held thing & the toilet continuously ran through slightly. Still waiting, nearly a week later, for my $100. Card deposit to be refunded. The iron was good. Wont be back.
