I was really challenged by this hotel. I was told that the parking was "just across the street" but it was a couple of blocks away and with all that we had to carry for an awards ceremony that made a big difference. I was also told that there was "ten minute parking right out front" where we could check in and then head to the parking we located on our own. Unfortunately after circling the block four times there was no parking to be found other than traditional street parking which was naturally full. We decided to stay elsewhere in the city as this hotel was inaccessible for our needs.

Scrambled eggs were grey curtains had mould and corridor and lifts smelt terrible staff not interested in feedback stayed before which was fabulous but not now not sure why this has happened hope they can rectify and listen to feedback and get back to the previous standard

The apartment had a strong smell of smoke through out, hair in the bed sheets/ make up all over the curtains, extremely run down/ old furniture, blockage in the shower. Otherwise staff were extremely friendly, breakfast was fine and location was excellent. I unfortunately would not book here again and extremely overpriced for what is on offer. Also the medical centre is on ground floor of hotel and people from medical centre using the lift for the hotel.
