Try to sleep with tradesmen noise!

Tradesmen were doing work which interrupted our sleep, our comfort was thrown out the window, the noise was not pleasant at all Had a bad experience for the last two days and nights

Staff is not helpful. Tried to extend another 2 night because of the cyclone Alfred but staff wanted to charge twice (2x) I think its a very bad taste to consumers when business tries to take advantage of the situation. Beware of this business behaviour.

Good budget accommodation super easy check in. Security on site on weekends which was good as there was an incedent but was handled well and promptly. Stayed here for last minute booking for a festival and it was good for that.

The room was reasonably clean, linen was clean. ,The shower needs to have water guard on floor as whole floor floods when showering. The wash basin is too small, cannot wash, clean teeth without water slashing all round floor.

The website is not user friendly and does not fully disclose the check in procedure. Noted not only by our check-in but 2 other people at the entrance full disclosure is mandatory at the very least. The room was clean bedding and bed excellent The TV was too small for comfortable viewing. A bigger screen is not that expensive especially since the amenities are minimal I am surprised that all ABC channels were pixelated unable to view. We have heard that some internet providers dislike the ABC unfortunately ABC carries children's shows which ,(if you are catering to people going to the hospital or medical appts) would be helpful for everyone
