Wanted the two bed room but had to switch. On entering the room it had clearly been used. Takeaway food rubbish, food on the floor and in the bed, the glasses had all clearly been used. Best of all was a present left in the bathroom which meant the entire room stank. Not the best when arriving with two toddlers late at night. To their credit they did move us to another room. Much better but general cleanliness was still an issue. Rest of the stay was fine otherwise.

Ideal hotel

You can’t beat this hotel for overnight stay for morning flights from Gatwick. It’s 100 yards from departures . Good food drinks and lovely rooms

We chose to stay in an executive room. The room was clean although I was advised that the accessible room option which I would have preferred wasn't as nice. We found the bathroom a bit claustrophobic and not suitable for my needs. The staff were friendly and helpful. However when we checked in we were advised that there was no access to the phone. While seeking clarification we didn't the suggestion that we moved to a sister hotel as I am a disabled ,making me feel that we should put or shut up. I wasn't happy that there was no concessions on the charges for disabled parking and there was only one disabled parking bay per floor. The breakfast options were varied. The hot options were fresh and well presented.

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The staff are truly amazing. The stand out for me was Gigi on reception, the chefs for breakfast make the most delicious food. I would highly recommend staying here.
