We had an amazing stay once again at De Vere Tortworth Court. My partner and I have visited before, and we enjoyed it so much that we couldn’t wait to come back. It’s such a relaxing place to stay, with clean rooms and a lovely, homely feel throughout. The grounds and atmosphere make it perfect for switching off and unwinding. I’d 100% recommend booking a two-night stay instead of just one — one night really isn’t enough to fully enjoy everything. One thing to keep in mind is that the restaurant and drinks are quite pricey. However, if it’s within your budget, they’re absolutely worth it for the quality and experience.

Our room was upgraded free of charge after I informed them that I was coming with a mobility scooter (having what I hope is a temporary ailment where I find it extremely difficult to walk). The room was large, very clean, comfortable and with no noise. There’s plenty of choice on the menus of good quality freshly cooked foods and the large buffet breakfast will keep you full all day!

I came here years ago the whole experience was amazing i felt spoilt couldn’t wait to come back but it has changed to much for me on arrival I wasn’t told we had to book the pool so on arrival was turned away had to come back next sat pool was cold now have to rent a gown when gowns and slippers were provided we took guests and her lamb was so under done was returned 3 times the room was clean

We visited for a short break to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary. We received a free upgrade to a beautiful suite. The hotel is stunning, the grounds beautiful. We made good use of the pool and spa facilities which are great 😊 Breakfast was amazing and evening dinner deicious. We would definitely love to return.

An excellent hotel for a weekend away. The staff are efficient, friendly, and communicative. The building and grounds are atmospheric and striking. The food is high quality, especially dinner in the main restaurant. Both bars are well run and the staff are flexible.
