Terrible experience at this hotel. It is not a 4 star, the rooms were filthy!! Toilets unclean, blood on the curtains, hair in the shower, and someone dirty socks in the cupboars

Very fast and efficient service at check in and check out. Room stocked with essentials for a business trip. Ample parking on a nearby (1 min walk) public car park at no additional cost as it is covered by the cost of the room.

Lovely hotel located next to a large shopping centre and well maintained car park. Really pleased with a comfortable stay. Staff were amazing!

A great hotel in a great location. The room was amazing. If I'd been staying there on a two-week holiday it would still have been amazing: comfortable bed, plenty of wardrobe space, a desk and two chairs and a comfortable sofa. The bathroom facilities are fine, too. It was a really comfortable stay. We opted for the buffet breakfast, which was self-service and extensive, very fresh, and very good value. The staff are really helpful, checked us in and out with no fuss, called us a cab in the evening, and informed us about what we needed to do to activate the free parking that comes with a stay here - free parking (in the Cabot Circus car park a few minutes away) is a brilliant bonus. I highly recommend Future Inn.

Disappointing Stay Despite Great Location

The location was great and the room quiet, but unfortunately, the stay fell short in several areas. The mattress was awful — soft and unstable like a water bed — easily the worst night's sleep I've had, even compared to some questionable hotels from my youth. The bed base had stains, which I could overlook, but it didn’t help the overall impression. The TV didn’t work throughout our stay despite staff attempting a fix. The shower head wouldn’t stay up, making it awkward to use, and the room stayed cold despite trying to adjust the air system. To top it off, the car park entrance that avoids the clean air zone was closed, costing us an extra £19. While not the hotel’s fault, their pre-arrival info did mention this route, so it added to the frustration. Breakfast was fine — decent variety, but nothing special. Overall, not the relaxing night away we’d hoped for.

This hotel was “ok”. Checking in and parking is not convenient. It’s not even obvious which door to use when you arrive. Bristol wasn’t our favourite stop on this vacation at baseline, but the location of this particular hotel is in a bit of an interesting neighbourhood. The hotel rooms could use some updating for sure. The staff were certainly friendly.

Lovely hotel with a few issues.

I stayed in a twin room with my mum. The hotel and staff are lovely and it's well located to explore bristol but there are two main points that could be improved on. All lights in the room are controlled by one switch. So neither of us could read in bed without keeping the other awake! Never been to a hotel like this. The bed side lights and main lights should be all individual, most ridiculous set up I've ever seen. Also on the Saturday night there was a party on the top floor (6th). The music could be heard throughout the entire hotel. We were on the 3rd floor and could feel it! We wanted to go to sleep at a reasonable time, but this was hindered as the music stayed on until nearly midnight!
