The staff and my room were very nice . I came home to recive a fine for £100 . For parking in the car park . I was parked for a total of 1hour and 20 minutes. I hadn’t realised it was a pay and park. I think the staff at check in could remind people of this. I’ve stayed in many hotels with free parking .

My husband and myself were happy with our stay but were surprised that both bathrooms were designed for disabled guests when they were not requested. The showers, in particular, were difficult. Also, neither of us were able to have our first choice on the evening menu. However, all the staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful.
